Check
in
was
a
hassle,
and
many
mistakes
were
made.
Front
desk
staff
were
friendly
with
the
exception
of
one
staff-
she
was
very
unpleasant
and
clearly
lacks
customer
service
skills.
We
reserved
two
rooms,
one
room
with
a
queen
bed,
and
one
room
with
double
beds,
both
rooms
had
queen
beds,
as
a
result,
they
had
to
bring
a
rollaway
bed
to
our
room
or
we
had
the
option
of
sleeping
on
the
sofa
bed.
Disappointing,
however
the
way
front
desk
handled
the
situation
was
deplorable.
I'm
thankful
to
management
for
intervening
and
offering
solutions.
Aside
from
the
checkin
experience,
overall,
I
was
happy
with
room
cleanliness
and
the
buffet
breakfast
was
ok.
I
"may"
return
in
future.
Front
desk
customer
service
needs
improvement.
