Terrible. My wife went there for her US Immigration medical. I am an American and I work in Healthcare. I sent her with ALL of her vaccinations and a complete record of them. The ladies that work there are so incompetent that they can't even read a simple vaccination log and tried to tell her that she needed 3 vaccines that she clearly already had. Then, a month later they called her and told her she was missing these same vaccines. We flew to Jamaica and went there in person because if you call, they hang up onyou. I was with her. The ladies we spoke to were rude and incompetent. One lady even said "I'm not going to talk to you....only her" in a racist tone. We showed them her vaccine record and they read it wrong AGAIN RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! I had to literally read it to her. These people are dangerous and have no business in Healthcare. They need to have the contract with the US government revoked. I will be contacting my government

I Honestly wish -0 stars was an option because y’all don’t even deserve 1 damn star . My husband flew to Jamaica just to get his US medical done . He came to the facility 2 days in a row , when he left the country it took them all of FOUR DAYS to call him to tell him he’s missing a vaccine after the doctor and 5 other staff checked his paperwork and told everything was completed and his medical would definitely be at the embassy for his interview in less than a month . What kind of unprofessional uneducated people do y’all have employed at this establishment TF . The worst part is Y’all know the dates of these interviews but still proceed to drag y’all feet . Y’all gotta do better because this is definitely unacceptable .

I wish I could get the option of giving 0 stars. The US medical department has no manners. I am wondering if it’s because they are the only hospital that offers this type of service. I emailed them about 2 months now and no reply, I tried calling and when I do get someone, it’s like I’m bothering them to assist me. No Customer service whatsoever. The one star is for that person u find sometimes, that tries to help.

Very very very poor experience over the phone. Staff are extremely discourteous and appear to hang up the phone whenever they have to answer a truth or give information. When you question them on why they hang up the phone their response is “the call dropped.” The worst part is that they claim to be a Seventh Day Adventist organization. Wow.

My Doctor and his assistance were Awesome! I must say Dr. Trevor Potter is just the best when it comes on to surgery! I felt so comfortable and after it was painless. Now the nurses at Andrew’s Hospital are just the WORSE!!!! They have attitude problems and they are disrespectful after getting extension for my husband to stay longer by the supervisor since I just got out of operation Nurse Ellis (u200) ward called the security on my husband for him to get out, we explained that the supervisor gave us extra time, he didn’t care about that, both the security and nurse Ellis ( short dark nurse, natural hair) was disrespecting us, and was even shouting and pointing fingers in my husband face mind u, I just came from the operating room. The security burst open the door while my close wasn’t fix properly and my private area was exposed at the time. All they had to do was confirm with the supervisor about the extra time My husband was given…I didn’t get my money’s worth! I’m upset about the horrible treatment I got, I realize it’s a lot of young nurses that don’t know how to treat people also the lady that cleans know absolutely NOTHING about cleaning! They are just NASTY!! The bathroom smells horrible, I had to asked for it to be clean when I arrived all they did was wipe the flood with a dirty mop. Thanks to nurse Grant she was the only one who Basically felt my pain and helped whenever she’s on shift. I had to wait 2 hours for some tea. My worse experience I couldn’t wait to go home. I reported it to the Matron nothing happened. I will definitely spread the words about this hospital. This is the worse private hospital I’ve ever. The nurses are so unpleasant, looks on their faces are just a big turn off.

Just called from out of the country to ask a question because my wife lost all her vaccination records and needs a US medical. The rude troll that answered the phone said "Just come and we will tell you what to do" and hung up on me. I WILL be contacting the US state department and Immigration to complain. The US government needs to get a better hospital to do their medicals.

While i understand the importance of collecting the various fees/charges, this is the most proficient service. All other services are extremely slow.... Most of the doctors are pretty decent but the nurses are so rude, one is almost afraid to make any inquires...have any dialogue with them. Really sad.

They charged me @ us 126 for a dollar. I too wish that there was a zero or less, and that is what I would have given this place. The absolute worst. There was nothing good to point to in this visit. They put me in a filthy room, I have pictures to show. I was misdiagnosed Everyone was disrespectful I called and am still waiting on the CEO to either email or call me. I know it will never happen, knowing that my last name is not Holness. I will continue my quest to feel heard and respected as a customer.

There needs to be a no star feature. for a christian owned hospital their service/ customer service is the worst!!!!! doctors and staffs will sit on your medical for a lifetime. how could this be the choice of medical examination. their staff attitude is also worst than the devil himself. so much for a christian owned service.

I concur with Venessa Williams. I would have received better care birthing my child on the roadside. They are the grinch of hospitals. They steal joy and leech money. No value for money and trust that they do charge a pound of flesh. But my nightmare, trauma and anxiety continues with them even months after as they are once again ignorant, rude, and heartless. Cannot get records to send to the British High Commission for my child’s citizenship. Supervisors and managers are also inadequate. They answer the phones “How May I be a blessing?” But they are a curse upon my family and I. Don’t give birth at this facility. You’ll regret it for the rest of your life.

Bitter sweet experience. Some of the older nurses are mean and need to just retire because they have no courtesy nor have the sense of proper care for patients. The best experience came from the younger nurses in the maternity room. Tired grumpy nurses just need to retire. They spoiled the whole experience for me on day 2. Go home if y'all tired. We pay alot of money to get quality service and treatment after birth, a life and death situation. Expensive and then to have nurses act as if you are bothering them and have no compassion.

Horrible experience. All they care about is money. You could be bleeding out and they won’t attend to you until that bill is paid! They ignored my loved one for HOURS even with an alarmingly abnormal blood test and left them there for dead!!!!! If you want to die with some dignity, stay at home and go peacefully. These people will step over you as you are dying!! They are rude and disrespectful and have no sense of urgency. God help us all!!! -1000000000000000000/10 stars

The worst experience ever! I would never recommend anyone to give birth here. This hospital single handed ruined our birth experience. Some of the nurses were outright rude. Felt like I was a bother at some point. My coworkers and friends who delivered at UWI received better service and got way more value for money.

My experience staying on the Maternity ward was good. The Nurses and everyone was so nice and friendly. The environment was so clean and peaceful. They lost a star because the billing department is frustrating me right now with regards to some money that they are supposed to reimburse me. They're literally giving me a headache.

The AMH has restored my faith in the health care system of Jamaica. The level of professionalism took me to a first world country hospital experience. Special commendations to the charge nurses who worked on floor 500. My hubby's needs were catered to 24/7. Keep up the good work.

These people are so unprofessional, they reviewed my US Embassy medical multiple times for 48 hours before they called me back (I’m overseas)to tell me I’m missing vaccine. They reviewed my documents before me multiple times and still didn’t mentioned anything absolutely ridiculous!

This hospital is for people who have links there or you are well known otherwise there is NO DEGREE OF CARE or consideration for patients. They are SLOW in every aspect from emergency services to processing even something as simple as giving correct information they are INCOMPETENT in. This score should really be ZERO.

My wife and I decided to use Andrews to deliver our baby. Booking was easy and the staff in the maternity unit were exemplary. As a new daddy I was pleased with the visiting hours which allowed me to be alone with my family for at least the first 24 hours of our child's life (please make this a permanent feature it works). My wife was comfortable the whole staff was so nice and warm. Tge food was good and the nurses were helpful in every way. Nurse Henry, Nurse Lindo and Nurse Pitter were awesome. There was one other Nurse I didn't catch her name because she was leaving when my wife came she was quick on the draw (thank you very much). I love the fact that we were escorted to the car by the RN that was there. Bway Andrews everyting did right yah man. The delivery room was comfortable and Dr Kiri was awesome. Tank unnuh God Almighty bless AMH.

If I could give them no stars I would!! My husband was admitted at the heart institute of the Caribbean (another review will be written for them 🙄) and they told him that he needed to get an x-ray done at Andrews urgently to rule out some serious ailments. They gave him an estimate of the price including the price for the ambulance to bring him over (which is an outrageous amount of you ask me). When he got to the hospital, he called me and told me that they will not accept payment over the phone and I was puzzled. I’ve been paying for his treatment at the heart institute over the phone with no problem. When I spoke to the cashier, she’s gonna give me attitude and let me know that the new machines at the hospital don’t allow her to key in numbers for a payment. I then asked her if she could bill us because the amount was a lot and he didn’t have it on hand and she let me know that she isn’t in control of that. They turned my husband away without care. They are plain evil and heartless! It’s all about money to them! It’s because of people like them why Jamaica is the way it is.

It was quiet, clean and I experienced very Good customer care. A humble hardworking set of staff members work hard to live up to the high ideals of the organization to which they are affiliated. It could be a bit more spacious. It needs a larger emergency area/space/department.

My father in law was transferred from Spanish Town Hospital on 29th December 2020. When I called to find out how he was doing his remarks were Mrs D a I feel like I am in a 5 star hotel, place clean and nice and nurses were courteous. He was well taken care of and I know all you came in contact with Mr, Dunston certainly missed his jovial spirit and sense of humour. To all the nurses who attented to him a big thank you and continue to give exemplary service. A big thank you and he was glad although sick that his short stay was well appreciated. Thanks again and may God continue to keep you all safe during these trying times

I wish I could give this a -5 stars for their absolutely ridiculous system in the US Medical Dept! For anyone expecting this hospital to honor their “appointment system” DON’T!! It’s an all day affair regardless of the time of your appointment it makes no sense. How can you set an appointment for 8am and at 12 pm still haven’t been seen ?

This is a private hospital. If you have money you can go there else don't even bother. Wait time is disgustingly long even when empty of rather stay home and wither away than go there if it's the only hospital around. If you are sent to the cast away area in out patients get up and leave. They forget you around there and the don't have any emergency calling button on the beds. The patient processing system is cruel but I can understand why they did it but MERCY. In order to move on to the "next stage" which is to see the doctor, get tests done, get some meds while in bed, or be discharged you got to pay first. Idk if this has changed but when a friend of mine needed some meds for an allergic reaction they said they or whoever bright them has to pay for it first. That's the private hospital for you. Mind you most time what the doctor prescribed -depending on the doctor - works. They have a cafeteria that provides breakfast and lunch which is vegetarian and tastes good most times - hence the 3.

There is very little wait time. The service is quick and thorough. I gave it a 4 because of parking issues. Also, there is a nurse there that is not fit to be a nurse and is very rude. Dear Andrew the lady you have working on September 20th at 4:02 is very unprofessional she keeps answering and hanging up and redirecting the call instead of answering, My mother and I have been calling for some time now, we simply ask if the email was received. We wanted to know if the pdf file was received. I have been calling Andrew since July and no answer so I had to go in person. No one answers emails or calls. This is very bad for business. You never know if government officials are calling on a urgent matter. Please do better for Jamaica services, the people in Jamaica needs better. I am in the United State and this matter is going unnoticed by officials if Andrews Medical center. This looks bad!!!
