This place was a GREAT discovery in food, after being off the island for some years. It was an absolutle pleasure dining here. The ambiance was great, the place was clean, the staff was fantastic (very professional and courteous), and the food was an unforgettable Jamaican experience...even for a Jamaican! I would definitely return here and bring a larger crowd! The one drawback is that it is nestled maybe a little bit too deeply into the back bushes of Hope Gardens, which is very poorly lit...so it was a little hard to find, but dont let that stop you getting back there!

The ambiance of this place lived up to its name. It has an awesome relaxing chill vibe with an outdoor area as well as indoor seating. There are 3 eating areas, the open air area, covered area adjacent to the bar and another area for fine dining. They have 2 vegan dishes on the menu and several side dishes to choose from. The food was okay, but I am not the best food critique so that's left up to personal preference. My friend who isn't vegan said that the food tastes good but it their spicy options are really spicy. I would rate their customer service as 6 or 7 out of 10. Their staff is pleasant and tries to address any issues that may arise. I enjoyed ambiance of this place over all.

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air. First let me say that Tim was great! He happens to be the best waiter I've come across in my life. He went the extra mile and it all seemed genuine. The food was excellent. I was served a succulent snapper fillet with vegetables and my friend got the Serengeti barbecued chicken. I had a feeling of euphoria the entire time. I will definitely go back this weekend. Ask for Tim!

The atmosphere is everything. Before you even walk in, the lovely trees and the water fall take your breath away. You just know that you will feel extremely relaxed. The food was delicious and the presentation was extremely nice. Bonus, our waitress Melissa was very patient, polite and cheerful. I would definitely go back.

The service is literally out of this world. From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and appreciated. Your order is served within 15 minutes, which is unheard of for a Jamaican restaurant, and the friendly staff offer useful advice on meals offered. Additionally, the restaurant is nestled within Hope Zoo, offering a fantastic environment to eat and have a good time. The food is also reasonably priced and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. If you're looking for a great evening with friends, this is definitely a place to consider: you'll love it.

Serengeti was a buck ups that my friends knew about and took to in celebration of my friend’s graduation. The cocktails were good but the lamb sliders were an acquired taste even though it was recommended as the best in the world. Since you can’t go wrong with a burger - it Burger was a 2.5/5 accompanied by very salty Parmesan fries. Distracted from the food was the breath taking ambience and the night’s live performance. It is a solid 3/5 solely for the ambience and live music. Probably if I go there for another shot at the food I would have given the food rating a higher score than 2.5/5 but for now. Great for families and groups and to host birthdays surrounded by a warm welcoming atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the staff, once they know you as ‘regulars’ treat you as such.
