Free wifi. Charging stations. Clean, small. Easy to get to. I quite like this airport to be honest. With the fairly new highway is easy to travel by car from Montego Bay to Kingston but if I can I will travel directly to Kingston.

Dropped off a family member and it wasn't too bad. The airport experience can be greatly improved with simple changes. From opening process coordination to check-in and customs, the whole thing really needs a systems analyst to make things more professional and efficient. Airports have been around for a long time and the only reason many of the frustrations go on for so long is because of the lack of competition and the notion of don't fix what's not broken. I won't list specifics here because the last time I made detailed suggestions, delta stole my suggestions, made millions and never even said thank you.

😎to πŸ‡―πŸ‡² Inshallah! Educational, entertaining, informative, beautiful..... So the new "look", is cool in other words, spectacular innovation..... Addressing the need for sanitation, and or security, with kid gloves on, is packing a punch comfortable!!! Moving forward, I wouldn't even try to fathom, where those "blue chips", came from..... Neither should any pertinent individuals inquire!!!πŸ˜‰ Finally, I'd love to say thanks to our tourism industry, the leadership, and it's partners/ sponsorship, also I must recognize the governments of JAMAICA and our present leader, his excellency the right hon, mini, Andrew Holiness, for the pursuance, and completion of this said platform...... Thanks..... out sourcing isn't easy to come by, especially in these difficult times. Albeit let's encourage our Caribbean neighborhoods, to model our image, and the entire global community as a whole going forward..... [email protected]

Small but very beautiful airport. Here airport staff teams are very helpful for visitors. All precautions are taken against Covid 19. Good thing is this place is not much crowded and all minimum requirements for passengers are easily approachable. I’m not sure whether SIM card is available for arrival passengers. I couldn’t notice place where to bye SIM card.

I was well looked after at Kingston-Norman Manley Airport. As a senior citizen, I was given a wheelchair to use which helped me a lot as I got up very early that morning to prevent the crowd & the rush at Miami International Airport. I had to eat very early as a did not plan to eat on the plane, taking the full precautions. Would like to say a special thanks to everyone that helped me at this Airport. It was a pleasure arriving in my country again which I will always visit. Everything was done so quickly for me to leave Airport as everyone was so efficient & helpful. Thanks again.

Security check was over the top. Seemed to focused on just a few 'suspects', I was one. Didn't appreciate TSA picking on me, calling my name over and over on the loudspeaker, searching me over and over again for no reason. Anyway, overall NMIA has some very nice little stores I always enjoy visiting them while waiting for my flight to be called.

This is a very small airport. Arrivals area is puny with only car rental retailers. I was depending on a Digicel retailer to be available so I could get a SIM card. At least the wifi works well so I could communicate with my hotel via WhatsApp. Departures area has a few places to eat and several gift shops. Prices are okay. Staff are pleasant and the check in process went very well with the help of the friendly service agents. Unfortunately, they had to try 3 different self check-in kiosks before finding one that worked. Overall, the staff are very efficient and helpful. This could be a great airport if it was modernized. The check-in kiosks need upgrading so that they actually work and more are available, thereby, reducing long check-in lines. Also, the gates area had very limited seating or standing room.

Small but they understand the assignment. Everything was in order and quick. CONS: VERY LIMITED FOOD AREA, NO FOOD AREA By the gates Gates for boarding are extremely small; each gate has abt 10 seats; ripped at that. Eww

Norman Manley International Airport is a pleasant third world airport nothing special lacking in the technology of an international airport like other airports around the world. I believe in time and investment things will change. Depending on the staff you encounter it can be a good experience.

The airport is normally good but I had a long wait because a airport representative was bypassing our line and taking others, a guy argued with the airport worker and found lead helped by letting us get seen, in a timely fashion.. thanks no harm done.

Even in this time of the pandemic, the vibe at this airport is incredible. Jamaica is such a beautiful island, the people are warm and receptive for the most part, and the environment is a great place to people watch. Love πŸ’˜ it!.

No real choice of eating establishments and duty free items to purchase. The airport needs a revamp as the seating is dated and the carpets look dirty. Tiles would be nice. The staff were friendly, however my first choice would be to travel to and from Montego Bay!

Security guards are a little abrasive and inconsiderate towards the travelling patrons. They need to be more sensitive to the multiplicity of possible issues travellers may face and try to assist rather than simply trying restrict

All the necessary covid-19 precautions were in place, social distancing clearly defined and audio appears to conform to the order. Long but necessary to protect Jamaica

πŸ‘πŸ‘ It's a very beautiful place, went camping up there. Very picturesque. Mosquitos will take a chunk out of you no matter how cold though. Would definitely visit again. Minor waterfall trail not marked so you may pass it like it did. Literally a less than 2 min walk on the right after the bridge.

😐 Nice stop but not well equipped for cruisers. Limited dock space for transients and limited electricity. 30 amp max and some slips have simple household extension cords. Med moor style slips are shallow and pilings narrow. If you are over 40 ft your options are few. Probably tie up at fuel dock with...
