Marianna's Kitchen is my all-time favourite vegan restaurant and one of my favourite restaurants in Jamaica! The food there is always fresh, very flavourful, colourful and intriguing- the dishes take you on an adventure to various areas of the world and delight your tastebuds along the way. Marianna and her staff members, Tamika, Joel and Olivia are super cheerful, helpful and overflow with customer service- they'll go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience and a satisfied tummy. Last, but by no means least, The Kitchen is like a home away from home. It's cozy and just has such an amazing aura about it. The people are great, the smells are wonderful and the music is soulful and well-selected. All in all, Marianna's Kitchen is one of the best spots to visit in Kingston.

Firstly, awesome food, the main meal changes daily. The staff who cook, know what they are doing. The air is a bit heavy as it seems the cooking grease isn't being exhausted fully. Not a huge turn off but something to consider. We had an unfortunate experience when our food was inadvertently or intentionally given to tourist that came in a few minutes (~10) after us. This made us have to wait much longer to get our food. Owner apologized to us when leaving. I'll definitely go back but not to dine in.

What a gem! Marianna’s kitchen is an absolute bliss 😁 I recently took my dad here for lunch, a friend of mine gave a great recommendation about this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most courteous and polite gentleman you’ll ever meet...I could feel that he was being his true genuine self, such a sweet soul....we were given a very warm introduction about the restaurant, what they are all about, the food, what to expect, and most importantly the menu of the day! It may sound like a lot but trust me he made it so short and spicy. Anyways, we were seated and we had everything on the menu that day! The cream of pumpkin and cho-cho soup was so wholesome. In the picture below is the main dish for the day, which was pumpkin puffs, plantain, popcorn, salad, green peas, some special slices, I may be missing a few things, and forgive me but I don't seem to remember the proper name for the meal. Trust me when I say this meal took me by surprise ‼️ Words alone cannot explain the feeling of satisfaction I got from this meal. I recommend Marianna's 10X over to anyone who's looking for vegan food that is fresh, delectable, and surprising. It's very cheap! Emphasis on the affordability.....kudos for that 😆 💵 Daddy was impressed btw.....so that makes me even happier about the entire experience Great establishment 👍🏽

Friendly staff. Thoughtful vegan food, but often in short supply. Make sure you put in an order well ahead of time, and don't be disappointed if you can't eat in. There are occasionally mistakes in delivering the correct order, but the owner makes up for it.

I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Marianna's Kitchen. The menu was fresh and creative. The server was pleasant and friendly. I look forward to returning during my next trip to Kingston! Also, do yourself a favour and order the tamarind rose juice 🤤🤤🤤

Very nice place! The food was amazing! We visited Marianna’s Kitchen twice. Every time the menu was different, daily’s fresh products, interesting ingredients and taste. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Fresh Food from loving hands. This is a new vegan establishment and the staff is pleasant and tries to be accommodating. The food is fresh and tasty. The restroom is well kept and the burning incense was a nice touch. The vibe in the dining area is relaxing and you can sit at your table and see your meal being prepared. I would take my closest friends to be fed there, so it's safe to say I recommend them. They are located beside Tracks and Records in Marketplace. Oh, be sure to try their Cornbread and leave a tip 😁

After my trip from Sweden, I was eager to try something vegan! I rummaged though the internet and was lucky enough to find this place! A newly opened vegan restaurant. I went there on my own one day... The ambience is really good. It’s on the smaller side regarding the size of the place but I appreciate it, it gives intimacy between, the owner, the other chefs and other guests. The food is very refreshing! Unique to the Jamaican market and the fusions of flavours and colours here are satisfying! I’ve told at least 5 people about this place, include vegan friends that live abroad who are considering visiting Jamaica. One thing that I’d say that was a ‘con’ was that you almost forget that you’re in Jamaica when you’re there, which I personally wouldn’t consider a good thing...but maybe others do. I’d say maybe that the decor or ambience feels a bit more foreign/ international which I won’t be hard and fast on because I know locals do appreciate these types of experiences. But overall, I really do recommend this place! Definitely a must visit for a refreshing meal when in Kingston.

Food was absolutely delicious!!! Would definitely come back. We loved everything and highly recommend trying this restaurant. Staff was kind and attentive. Different creative menu every day! Fresh, complex flavors, and a good price. Today we had Japanese inspired cabbage-mung bean pancakes, avo mayo, nori, salad and sweet potato fries, red lentil soup, superrrrr yummy tamarind rose drink, and delicioussss cornbread 😍 the owner was sweet and gave us some tasty cacao drink after as well. thank you!! We look forward to returning

Hidden vegan restaurant with a daily changing menu. Loved the lentil Mediterranean style tacos. Salad was refreshing and the juice delicious.

Love this place! The food is incredible, one delicious dish prepared for the day. A fantastic Vegan only restaurant, with food so good that even avid meat eaters will walk away happy and satisfied!

I had the pleasure of being invited to lunch here a few days ago by sister, Sharon. What a treat! The menu is so inspiring and the food mouthwatering. I can't resist craving for more. Having travelled all over the World and tried many great foods I feel confident in rating Maryanne's the absolute best veggie restaurant.

All I can say is Vegan did not have to taste this good. Was there Christmas and I enjoyed every bit of this meal. The Tumeric Mac and Cheese was probably the best I have ever had though it was vegan, the ham ball made from a mix of nuts was a really good meat substitute- falvor was great which the sorrel sauce complimented wonderfully. The string beans and veg was chefs kiss. This meal came together really nicely, there was savory, sweet and freshness. I loved it and my palate enjoyed every bit. I did have this drink made of Tamrind paired with something else that requires an acquired taste however. The ambiance is relaxed and the waitresses as well as Marianna herself is there to help. If you are vegan or you would like to have fresh clean food- try here, the new means are worth it.

Deliciously healthy food. Quality ingredients. This place is worldclass quality with the best local ingredients and flavors. Their menu changes daily [I keep track by following them on IG]. P.S. It’s vegan but you definitely won’t miss the meat.

Get the cornbread and a cup of pumpkin soup you'll not regret it. Quite a belly full a small plate with soup and cornbread....always delicious. Oh....and do have the tamarind drink.

Quaint little vegan restaurant with fresh daily offerings. Today's meal was black-eyed peas with quinoa served with a delicious green lentil and veggie soup. A delish rose apple (native to Jamaica) juice . If you are in town as a visitor to Jamaica and kingston is a stop for you, please check them out. I gave 4 star on service because after reading the reviews on how warm and welcoming the staff was, I did not experience that from a couple of the servers. Maybe because they were really tired, of course that would not be a deciding factor in the future for me returning again because we all have not so good days .. everything else was lovely ..#zenrealtorsrq traveling

Was never a really a fan of vegan restaurants before trying Marianna’s. Definitely could eat here everyday as everything is soooo full of flavor and the menu changes daily.

My go-to vegan restaurant or pick me up. I simply love Nana's creativity with food, and appreciate her choosing Jamaica as her kitchen base as I have learnt so much about food, food culture, food incorporation etc. The prices are standard; small plate of the day or plate of the day, completely annihilating the whole "vegan is expensive" myth. Overall, she has been a real blessing to us 😍🥰🤩

Completely delightful! The food is amazingly consistent, as is the presentation, atmosphere and staff. It’s an added bonus that (as a ‘flaky vegan’) I can order anything they offer without having to ‘investigate’ its ingredients. Mariannas Kitchen is a real gem!!
