The
food
is
usually
good,
but
the
customer
service
is
appalling.
I've
witnessed
them
openly
mocking
customers
who
(rightly)
complain
about
the
lengthy
wait
--
for
eg,
the
manager
rolled
her
eyes
at
an
elderly
man
and
sniped
--"A
nuh
you
one
hungry
ynuh
Sir!",
and
sighing
with
irritation
with
customers
who
call
in.
Another
example?
My
friend
placed
an
order
online
and
included
the
instructions
to
not
mix
the
serving
tongs
with
seafood
as
she
was
allergic.
On
picking
up,
instead
of
saying
"Thanks
for
coming,
enjoy
your
meal",
the
manager
said
"So
you
really
think
we
don't
know
that
already??
You
think
we
don't
know
not
to
put
the
tongs
in
seafood??"
My
own
experience
came
to
a
head
a
few
weeks
ago,
when
I
received
old,
mushy,
bad
tasting
food.
I
had
placed
the
order
online,
and
indicated
the
pick
up
time
to
avoid
the
food
sitting
down
and
becoming
exactly
as
it
ended
up.
When
I
brought
this
to
the
manager's
attention,
she
snarked
"Next
time
just
call!"
Even
when
I
expressed
outrage
at
being
spoken
to
so
rudely
she
dug
down,
refusing
to
apologize.
A
gentleman
standing
next
to
me
during
the
exchange
said
his
wife
refuses
to
come
inside
the
restaurant
anymore
because
of
the
poor
customer
service,
especially
from
that
manager
in
particular.
Yes,
overall
I
have
enjoyed
their
food,
but
enough
is
enough.
They
will
never
see
another
of
my
hard
earned
dollars
again.
Perhaps
if
enough
of
us
do
the
same,
they
will
respect
us
as
customers.
