Meals are well cooked. Bartender makes awesome cocktails. Ambience is nice.

The ambiance is great! Reasonable prices for beverages. Convenient location within Portmore. Parking is also available. Great for groups, singles, couples and families. Table service is offered. Great customer service by professional staff. Restrooms are usually well kept.

The ambience is spectacular not to mention the vibes...it's a very worm welcoming environment with a Bar and Lounge... if your looking for a nice Little place to relax or vibe in Portmore, V-bar is the place for you😉😉

Very Nice ambience n good tasting food

The service was average, I think the are under - staff because we didn't have anyone to take our orders. I had ordered Peach Martini & it was horrible, too much vodka, I was disappointed. The place needs a little fixing up, what use to be a nice place is not so anymore, I think management need to properly manage the place. Well there is always room for growth.

The rooftop setting was nice but to get there was not. This place has no elevator so patrons should be prepared for the three flights of steep stairs that they will be required to climb. The service was not shabby, but the food was lacklustre and the mixed drinks had in too much ice. I also didn't like that patrons are not able to interact with the bartender, as their was a huge gap in the design of the bar. Persons at the bar who are there just to drink, have to also place their orders with servers which in my mind defeats the person of having a bar service.

A nice, casual, open air atmosphere. The wait staff is fairly courteous. However, the wait for food is looooong. Appetizers came with the main course. Even the drinks took forever. The food is lacklustre. Waited over 20 minutes for the bill...such an overall disappointment.

They offered dine in with table service and take out, and there was music in the background. Food was okay, server might have been new as she wasn't fully aware of the answer to some of our questions re the menu. For a Saturday night post Covid it was eerily quiet, just three tables occupied with 2 persons each, and we were there for a while so it's not like the crowd came late. There are three flights of stairs to climb tho so maybe persons got tired of the workout when all they wanted was drinks. It was a bit of a Hotspot so maybe the usual crowd is just dusting off the nice clothes and service will pick back up soon.

Rooftop restaurant is definitely a nice idea. Usually opens for dinner as that’s the best time when it’s cooler out. I’ve always had food from their sandwich menu as well as fish. The food isn’t excellent quality but I give them perks for the view and ambiance. Cocktails are also served here.

Food was definitely not overpriced and tasted okay. The ambiance was everything. It's perfect for a chill with friends or a date night with your partner. Definitely going back.

If you are looking for friendly efficient customer service, this is not the place for you. I went to this restaurant last night with my partner. After waiting forever for someone to get our orders when my food final came the presentation was horrible. I got my food at least 20mins before his came by which time mine was cold, we got 4 forks with our meal, no knives, our drinks weren't served not even a glass of water. After a while I happen to see our server passing by our table so I stopped him and asked if we could get our drinks he said "soon come". We finished eating by some miracle and all now, so we went to the front desk to close our bill only to see our total reflecting the drink orders and the female had the never to ask if we didn't get them so I showed her our table as just said " oh". NO !!! one even offered an apology, the place wasn't even busy. The workers that we could see were just loitering around chatting and all unconcerned. I'm so disappointed and would never refer this place to any one. Too bad there isnt a zero rating option.

Its ok since it has reopened and I'm looking forward for it to get better. I would have to revisit to get an better review.

There was no notice that the bar is under renovation had to leave and find somewhere else

First time there with my family an it was Great everything was excellent FOOD was delicious wifey said that's going to be our new spot...
