First I must say I love the ambience was great. The music was perfect and the DJ did a great job. He played a song for everyone in the restaurant; he even played "baby shark". The food was awesome and worth the price. The customer service was excellent. I don't know if its the day of the week I went; but it wasn't crowded. I definitely recommend this restaurant and to chill spot.

They have a Girls Night Out (GNO) event every Friday. The vibe is sick. You can take your lady or treat her to a night out with her girls... Your choice.

The service really needs improvement. My friends and I celebrated a birthday dinner on Saturday and the time it took to receive the food was way too long. I noticed only 3 servers working and only two other groups apart from us were there. The food was delicious, to me, but there were a few complaints from the birthday girl; she didn't enjoy her pasta and it ended up being brought home. One friend said the fish was too salty. The drinks, which should have been the easiest, took forever to come, and we had to be constantly reminding the server about them. It took her 3 times of taking our juice orders before we got them. We didn't even get water! The servers definitely weren't on top of their game that night. The music had a vibe. The DJ did a great job and I must compliment how they set the area. For the girlies who love to take pictures, you'll find great lighting and some aesthetically appealing areas to snap some pics for the gram! When we got the bill, there were items on it that the group didn't order and it took the server another 20 minutes to be fixed.

I think this is now my favorite restaurant. The food was amazing we had the calamari, bbq ribs and lobster thermidor. The drinks were amazing(its so hard to find good cocktails in jamaica). The music selection was good and the service was ok. It's definitely a restaurant worth trying.

I'm never disappointed when I go to Exit 21. The food is just awesome! And the ambiance is nice. Only the song selections could have been a bit nicer, but it was ok nevertheless.

Loved the overall vibes, the food was great and the service superb 👌. It was my second time being there and I must say the standard was still up. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a good time with a partner or friends.

The ambiance of Exit21 was great. I loved the decor and the warmness of the staff. The lighting was really low, which I enjoyed. Ordering was a bit difficult. We got there at about 10pm and most of their menu items were not available. However I ordered the shrimp pasta, their hamburger and the loaded fries. Those were really good. Great portion sizes and were plated well. I also ordered a frozen lemonade, it was great. A little sweet but nothing some water couldn't fix. Their live DJ was the highlight of our visit. He definitely kept the crowd raving to his musical selections and kept up adequately entertained throughtout. Overall was a great time. Would definitely go again.

I've only went there on Sundays and the vybz it real nice. The security is very polite, professional and good looking 👌 👍🏻 😉 I love music they play. 10,000.00JMD can give a couple a meal and beverage. You can have a birthday celebration 🎂 🎈 🎉 🎁 🍾 there. The waitress (Elizabeth) is very nice and professional.

I had the privilege of of eating food from this establishment and I must say it blew my mind as I was highly skeptical.The restaurant is the new kid on the block and hasn't yet garnered a reputation but i must say the food is good. The only thing i would change is the price. but i was satisfied and once that was achieved the price is not a matter to me.

They are short staff so the food takes a while and the tables are really small. Their pork chops and bbq wings are great so anyone of those would be a great choice however, their Mac and cheese is not so good. The entertainment is great tho. The spot has a nice vibe.

It is a unique and memorable experience. Great ambience and excellent customer service, the food tasted amazing as well, I had the Pork Chops and it was awesome. Definitely going back.

Food was amazing! Wait time wasn't even noticed. Drinks were perfect, didn't actually order from the drink menu, just asked the bartender to surprise me with each drink and as a drinker, I was pleased each time!! Vibe and music were fitting for the ambiance. Customer service from the security to the bartender to the waitress was STELLAR! No complaints! Went with a group of 8 people & we were all exceptionally pleased. The perfect spot for date night, birthday dinner or girl's night out. Can't wait to revisit.

Fresh, New and Amazing Experience @ Exit 21 Lounge. Firstly, they do follow all Covid 19 protocols issued by the Government. You’re greeted at the door by two courteous gentlemen who then check your temperature and sanitize your hands before you enter the establishment. The decor and vibes on the inside is top notch! And the food was simply amazing! A waitress attended to us as soon as we were seated which made the process of ordering our meals so quick. The DJ knows how to set the mood with multiple different genres. Social distancing is maintained as much as possible. PS: I’m not sure why but I actually love it, they don’t allow any under 21 years of age inside after 7pm 😊 Would recommend this place to anyone! Just happened to walked by and went on week night, after seeing one of the waitress who had just stepped outside of the restaurant. She was wearing a yellow top (wish I could remember her name) and provided great customer services from beginning to end. Food was delicious- steam fish with fried green plantain and jerk chicken Alfredo pasta. Music and vibes was that of a lounge, which was inviting and great for a date night or going with friends. There is a club/party area separate from the lounge and restaurant area.

Pro.. Food was excellent. Environment has a nice vibe... Customer service on point Con Music too loud sometimes. Small menu. Most food not available at a certain time may seem. Other things are there but just go see for yourself and do enjoy yourself.

The waitress running around was pretty annoying additionally another waitress I gave my order twice, gave a gentleman my order as well n for the entire session I kept following up with them for the Rum Sour until I left. I am home now n I still cant see it coming

The security guards at the entrance were very pleasant and my garlic shrimp was lovely.........the baby back ribs was well seasoned and tasty.

Loved this restaurant! Went last minute for dinner on my birthday and from entering to leaving the customer service was top tier. You feel especially welcomed. So went to try this Exit 21 restaurant last night 22 June 2023 after seeing some beautiful photos on Instagram. I was beyond disappointed. Menu had limited choices and they didn't even have everything on the menu which wasn't a lot of options to begin with. The Steak on the menu is only served Medium or Rare. I was Told I can't have my Steak Well Done considering I'm the customer and I'm paying for it how am I not allowed to have my steak as requested. I have been to may steak restaurants around the world and I've never been told that me the paying customer can't have my steak how I want it. If they don't give you a choice of how your steak is prepared they should put it on the menu that steak is sold as restaurant see fit and thus saving the customer the trouble of looking at the steak should they not want to eat blood uncooked meat. They advertise Jerk chicken leg quarter on the menu but when ask for that since steak was not an option I was told that would take 45 minutes to prepare. This place needs proper management. 2 out of 5 and that's me being nice.

Bought fish, tough as shoe leather, could not eat it also ribs, burt, my girl could not eat it, fruit drinks way too sweet. Manager had a wicked attitude, made a minor percentage adjustment and would not take the fish off the bill. She grudgingly offered a pork chop we gave away. On the bright side, our waitress was FANTASTIC. My girl was so happy to take me there and felt bad, that I will not allow

I ordered the grilled apple pork chops, a pina colada and a daiquiri; both virgin. The pork had too much salt and the drinks were too sweet. My date ordered the steam fish which was ok. The best thing was the fried green plantains, they were delicious.

I went to enjoy my birthday but a friend had her 6month old baby and we couldn't go in in the evening. In Corona when the place was empty....not like the baby could drink. They have a protocol to show ID and no kids after 4pm...
