Great vibes and great song playlist. Bartender and waitresses were very cordial. Buffalo wings and loaded fries with bacon were real value for money and tasted superb. Also got complimentary red velvet cake on the side. Had a lovely time. I'd definitely return!

Located on the roof of Portmore Pines Plaza. We were welcomed by staff members and seated. Shorty after we had our own waitress who attended to us for the duration. My family and I were dining for restaurant week. We had a three course meal. The food was delicious and wonderful presentation. I was delightfully surprised when I looked to the roof and saw the sky. Not to worry there is a covered area in case it rains. Love the idea that it's kind of open and enjoyed the cool fresh air. Music and area to dance if you liked. Choices of food, dessert, drink and wine seemed extensive. A good place to lime, treat your friends or family. Special big up to Shanique who was very courteous, wonderful smile and attended to our every need including taking pictures. Looking forward to going back.

It was ok, the food was alright and but the waitress was unorganized and the food took a lifetime to be ready...the atmosphere was boring and the place was quiet....definitely not a place to celebrate your birthday...its more for a little get together with nothing special planned

I been at this restaurant twice. Both times it was great. How the indoor but outdoor feel. Love the staff, they are polite and helpful. They helped my bf surprise me for my bday. And the food is really good. All covid measures followed.

They are pricey and when u order wings that's all you get for your $1400 and you have to pay for the sides. The server and bartender were great. Mosquitoes were an issue but they provided mosquito repellent that was nice. The food was ok but then again for the price we could get more.

Service was great. Ayesha was a gem. Main course took a little while to come but the atmosphere was great so it never felt like a super long wait. Nice music too.

Service was ok, we had a group of over 50 persons dining. We pre-ordered dinner however there was a long wait for the food. I had curried goat with rice and peas however it was really salty. My colleagues had shrimp pasta which was undercooked. The lighting was really poor. I would not revisit this, the staff were the best takeaway.

My first few visits to Plushh was great as the food was flavourful and portions were good. Haven't dined in since Covid, however I have ordered out a couple of times and received the incorrect orders as well as experience long wait times. My last order of fish and chips, the portion was so small for the price I paid, that I am not sure if I will visit again

Let's just get to the point , was waiting for almost 3 hours and the server told us that ,the reason we haven't received our food as yet its because he/she was serving a vip table in which they cancel our food just to serve them .... Very disappointing!! Not recommended especially if vip is there. Food was good and and the server tries his/her best

Excellent service. Entry guard was very courteous, and so was the waitress. The food was very well done, though mashed potato could have had a little bit more flavor in my opinion. Has a great ambiance, though the lighting in some of the corner areas could be improved slightly. Overall a great experience and I'd be happy to visit again in the near future.

Poor poor poor service... came there for the first time... was given a seat, no menu no nothing... waiting 20mins... saw a waiter passing by had to ask for a menu.... waited again saw another waiter asked for assistant... I was told I'm going to have to wait because 2table is being dealt with, asked if anyone can else could assist.... was told someone will be with me... I waited for literally 30min... rain starting to drew... I jus left!!.. doubt I will ever go back

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. We ordered out food at 8:30 and we didn't get our food until we asked to have them give us our food to go. The customer service was not good. Doesn't deserve any stars. I heard that people dine and dash and I understand why.

First thing I appreciated was that the music was not super loud/deafening like what some other restaurants tend to do. Secondly, our waitress, Shania, was veryy pleasant and kept us informed on the readiness of our meals in between waiting. And last but certainly not least, the food tasted really great. Everything hit the spot. Will be visiting again soon.

We were the only ones here and the wait was so long for wings and a salad. I ordered 2 drinks, and made a note that please have my drinks first. I only go places for drinks, then decide is I want to eat. If the drinks not good or average you won’t see me again. Amaretto sour was over priced but average. I ordered bartender special… that’s taking forever!!! I don’t want anyone dictate when I need my drinks after a long day of work!! Especially when I made reference to wanting it asap. Fix service delivery! Aside from that it’s an ok place. So I got my salad… and boom!!! It’s great! Stil got my salad last though… but it’s great!

The waitress was really nice but the food was very little for the money spent (over 10k for 2 people). I had curry coconut lobster which was salt and bitter. I went home and had diarrhea just a few hours later. There was no one cleaning the tables after each guest leaves so this can even cause the spread of COVID and other stuff. I would never go back 👎🏽

Food is good but the portion for the cost is very poor. The lobster was the retail meat and not the actual expectation which tasted off, like if was not freshly done, and the to go orders were served in a medium and half size boxes rather than the square boxes as should for certain orders as known in the industry. The coconut shrimp and my husband's order were very good. I would still recommend them, but they need to work on the value for the dollar. It's an inflation era and they need to secure their overhead cost but it should not be at the expense of short serving customers.

The environment is quite conducive for small group gatherings. Great staff with good customer service. Meal portions could be a bit bigger as well as it would be nice if all menu options are available right through the night.

Lovely food and servers were great!!! I would appreciate a bit more from the atmosphere/environment but it's a work in progress I'm told. Lighting could be a tad better. Overall a good spot to hang after work for dinner with family and coworkers.

The overall experience is a big plus. The atmosphere was comfortable and the food was very good. Our waitress knew exactly what she was doing. The only con was that she choose who was paying which my fiancée thought was slightly sexist. I have a tradition to try the signature burger first whenever I visit a restaurant for the first time and it was top 2 the best tasting in my experience (can't list all the restaurants I've been to unfortunately). The burger is served on toasted raisin bread 🍞 with bread crumbs added and give a Very crunchy bite every time which was amazing. The raisins add a natural sweetness which was very subtle and complimented the burger perfectly. The Plushh signature stood out really well and 10/10 would recommend going. Will be going back.

The food was good - I had the chicken wrap. Lights where my group was did not work and the service was slow. Some members of my group finished eating before others received their meal.

You're first welcomed by the security that deals with the sanitisation of customers, he's very respectful, then you're directed to the hostess who is always polite with a warm smile. Atmosphere is always great and your wait time for food is 15 minutes tops. Buffalo wings or any of their pastas is a must have. If you can't manage hard liquor just ask for a frozen lemonade. They also do take out, so if you can't dine in you can order ahead and pick up in 20-30 minutes.

A fair overall experience. Amanda was great! She was very friendly, welcoming and provided top quality service. The food was good, but the wait was long even though there weren't a lot of customers. The metal table surface was hard and caused discomfort. Changing out the tables or getting softer surfaces should help.

Firstly the wait to get the food was way too long. Secondly all restaurants offer at least water complimentary not even that had to pay for everything. Thirdly the big dirty plastic bag in my food. NEVER AGAIN

Lovely Outdoor rooftop bar. The drink menu was very extensive and I found it to be overwhelming but if you love a lot of options it’s right for you. The food was average but found the menu to be too pricey for what you get. The lighting is very minimal we had to use our phone light to even see the menu. Service is very slow, took a while for the waitress to welcome and take order and another to get your order. However overall a very cool spot.

My family and I went to Plushh Sports Bar and Lounge located on the roof of 2 Portmore Pines Plaza last year August 5, 2019 at about 8:00pm, to relax and have an enjoyable dining experience. We were greeted pleasantly by the waiters, and were seated at an area where we were comfortable. The ambiance was attractive and the atmosphere was cool because of the outdoor setting. Though all of that was great, there’s one thing we had an issue with, and that was the time taken to receive our meals. After ordering our food about 10 minutes following seating, it took about an hour and a half to receive it. What we ordered (sandwiches, fries pasta, salad, and juice) was nothing that would’ve taken that long to prepare. No one had checked in with us to see how we were doing until we inquired about the meal. It appeared as though our orders were forgotten. Nevertheless, we eventually got our food and it was really delicious. My family and I admired the fact that the staff had apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that it would not happen again. All in all, it was an all right experience.

My visit on Saturday to Plushh Sports Bar & Lounge was an interesting one. We entered the establishment via a few flights of stairs and got taken back by the ambiance which was very spacious. There was a handful of guest seated as well as the two special event area was occupied with reservations. To keep my review short, the wait time could be better, if I didn't have someone or an amenity to distract me. The customer service was ok in every sense of the word, I guess my hostess at the time had jitters why she contradict herself a few occasions. Food was delicious, which was recommended by my hostess as well as the drink option I chose was complimenting the flavors.

It was not noisy, however it was relaxing

How we found out about Plushh, no time was wasted in visiting. Check it out, the rich experience of food, ambience and drinks is sophistication.
