Great service, lovely location and there was adequate social distancing. Pop In for a quick after work catch up with a friend I haven’t seen in a bit, we split a Margherita flat bread which was super tasty and surprisingly filling, the most impressive thing however was the server’s skill at wine pairing. I should have gotten a bottle !

Trio deserves a lot of hype, Food, Customer Service, The Ambience is Amazing. I definitely wouldn't mind going again and the prices aren't bad :)

Great place and they open quite late - which seems a rarity in Kingston. Very friendly staff - Vanessa our server was very nice. Food prep could have been a little faster but we were checked upon for drinks while we were waiting. It’s outdoors but covered - so enjoyable regardless of weather.👍

The service here is very good staff interacts with you and lets you feel comfortable. Food was out very quickly and the orders didn't stop flowing like clockwork. Fully recommend the trio. The ambiance is one of my reasons to return shortly .

The staff is excellent- helpful, attentive and personable. I've been there twice. Both for birthdays, one of which was more for a surprise office dinner. I came in the day before to select menu items and pay- they made it so easy and were so helpful in choosing. The food was pretty good both times. I would definitely visit again.

Awesome! Everything was on point. From my arrival to leaving. The customer service was superb! Our server was Trish. She is a cut above the rest...extremely patient...did I mention that my party had 12 persons. There were two other young ladies who assisted Trish but I didn't get their names. Pumpkin soup....yummmm😋 pork chops with potato wedges was just scrumptious!! Big up the chef!!! I will definitely be going back to Trio!

Went here on a Monday evening with my Uncle and two of his friends. This is one of their spots and I see why. Treatment here is 5 star all the way. There is even a clothing store on site. The service here is AMAZING, our waitress was extremely attentive. The ambiance and decor was also well done. The food was DELICIOUS. Even the owner, a beautiful young lady, came over and greeted us. I shall return.

First I will start out by saying 10/10. The moment I drove in, I knew I was going to enjoy my time here. You've a security that will assist you in parking, either at the back or the front. The ambience was so beautiful and peaceful. Dining was outdoor settings somewhat like a patio. The music was just soft and peaceful, the tables with candles(artificial), the back ground lights, everything was just beautiful. Our server Vivian took care of us from the moment we arrived, big up! He was very professional and knew just how to take care or His customers. The food was delicious 😋, I enjoyed every bits and pieces. Definitely recommend. And last but not least; the price was definitely good.

Extremely annoyed!!. Let me tell you how the night started. Me: How long for the food? Waiter: It's gonna be a long, long wait. And yes, it was indeed a looooong wait. Sigh. So long that I became gassy and had to ask for some tea. Was told there was no tea, but I guess after seeing that I was getting upset, they eventually gave me some chicken soup. Our waiter was in over his head, honestly... so he got some of the stuff messed up. And guess what? After the eternal waiting for the food, there was another loooong round for us to get the bill too. Whole lot of issues!! If the waiter had written our names down with each order, things would've been easier. My pasta was NOTHING to write home about. The presentation was good though, I'll give them that. Tonight was just blaah, but we tried to make the best of it because of the birthday Girl.

Love it! Brought a face lift to this building..if you know you know... Loved the ambiance. It's simple and clean. You dont need the extra stuff. Stopped by for a quick lunch before going back to work. I'll go back when I'm not concerned about time . But the foods good. I had a taste of the snapper fillet that my friend had and it was good. Unfortunately had to send it back but the small taste it would've been great. My pasta was pasta.. simple and quick. Cant mess it up . The picture is coconut cream pesto pasta. I have a terrible dairy allergy ( hives like) and the waitress was helpful to check with the kitchen about its content . I really hope I don't get a reaction. I just got done eating it 😅. Keep it up guys! Big up trish for being a good sport about the mishap !

Genuine love for this place. Great ambience, relaxing vibe, and hands down the best burger I've ever had (pulled pork and apple slaw). 10/10 recommend!

Basic selection of food, food was expensive and it was a bit and miss depending on what you were eating. Mac and cheese was great. Salmon wasn't ribs looked tasted average etc. Lamb was meh!!

The customer service was great and the ambiance of the place was excellent. I went with a group of 7 which attracted a 10% service charge and it was a full night so we got a lil room inside for ourselves to dine. We ordered a mixture of food: loaded fries, wings, salmon, pork chop, crispy chicken sandwich and the trio burger. The wings portion size was disappointing and the burger was a bit dry, but the other meals tasted great.

I got a recommendation from the waiter and the food was waaay too spicy... they did something to the food to lower the spice and it was horrible. At the end of the day I had to pay FULL price for the food (which I sent back) plus a 10% service fee since the table had more than 6 persons. I would not revisit.

TRIO is centrally located on Hope Road in Kingston. I visited there for lunch. The ambience was very tranquil despite it beung close to the road (traffic). Bear in mind that the restaurant is open air so it does get a bit warm, however there are fans in place. The food was good. I had a salad as an appetizer, and grilled salmon with mash potatoes as the main course. I plan to visit again in the night for that experience.

Went there for a date night. Enjoyable experience. Pleasant and willing staff. The ambiance is very pleasant. Open patio dining area surrounded by plants and flowers. Drinks were affordable and tasty as well. The four star rating for the food is only because we ordered the chicken, fries and macaroni but the chicken and fries were a bit cold. Despite that, they were all tasty, especially the fire sauce that went with the chicken. Would return and recommend to family and friends. Good job Trio 👍

I have been going to Trio since it opened & my experiences were always great. So much so I decided to celebrate my birthday there with some close friends. We had our own area as well as servers attending to us the entire time. The desserts are AMAZING! My personal favorite is the bread pudding served with ice cream 😊. The menu is easy to read and the ambience is really great. With various menu options, I try a new dish each time I visit. Trio is my go-to spot these days.

The restaurant offers an average dining experience with okay-tasting food. The limited parking space can be problematic on busy days. While the Babyback ribs tasted fine, their presentation left room for improvement. Despite these drawbacks, the atmosphere is pleasant, and service is prompt, making it a decent choice for a casual meal.

The ambiance is excellent!! Our server April was sooo friendly and professional. The food was amazingly good. Definitely going back.

Drinks: 10/10 - absolutely lovely, fairly priced, tasty, and good amount of liquor in each cocktail Food: 6/10 - it was fresh, needed more seasoning but decent overall Our server wasn’t the most friendly by any means, but we got reliable service. The pumpkin soup was absolutely wonderful, a great start but the rest of the food lacked seasoning. The drinks were great! Ambience was cozy. In summary, a great place to chill at the bar, have a few drinks, and maybe order an appetizer. Good late night spot all in all.

Very nice location with outdoor covered seating. The service was good also, but the food was just average. I had a chicken dish that was pretty bland, Mac & Cheese that was overly garlic flavored and my date ordered a fish dish that did not come prepared as described on the menu.

Ended up here by chance. And we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly, seated promptly, and our waiter was delightful. You may want to ensure you're in the presence of good company though because the meal wait time became noticeable after a point. Fortunately the taste was very good. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will be going bad.

I tend not to give restaurants second chances since they tend to know by now what not to do. There are enough precedents out there. I attended Trios tonight along with a friend of mine. we were ready to patronize this restaurant, especially during the pandemic where restaurants were being hit the hardest. It was not very busy. Our drink order was taken by the server and shortly after we had our drinks. He asked if we were dining to which we said yes. After that he disappeared. We were even asking his coworker where he went, since we would like to order. He was gone for about 20-25 minutes. Somehow his coworker found him and sent him to us. It was 8:10pm. He then told us the kitchen is closed at 8pm. We were seated around 7:30. Between the time we showed up and ordered drinks and waited for him to do whatever he was doing, NO ONE SAID TO US THE KITCHEN IS CLOSING AT 8PM even though they asked if we were dining. I found this to be greatly unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did not care to apologize, just walked away and sent the manager. The manager and/or owner came to us, and to my disappointment said that if you didn’t have a reservation then most likely we can’t promise you dining (something to that effect) yet we were seated and given the menu info to scan, without any notice . That was a grave let down. The excuse itself was an insult to injury and absolutely no remorse by the manager/owner. He was very blunt. I have been to many true wine bars around the world, and assume trios held themselves to some standard. I understand in this climate kitchens are closing early but you made no attempt to ensure the happiness of the customer. This is insidious to a restaurant. Your kitchen policy should be stated up front, and your staff should be held accountable or you’re doomed to fail. Judging from other reviews I assume the food is ok, but because of this nonchalant attitude I personally will not be returning and I would make it my personal mission to avert anyone who I know personally or otherwise from patronizing.

We truly enjoyed the entire experience. They did their best to cater to our requests. They do not serve bread with their soup. We requested it, and received delicious garlic bread. One meal out if three did not meet expectations and so could not be fully consumed, so they took it off the bill!!! Yes you read right, a Restuarant in Jamaican that actually cares if you return!!! Hats off to Trio!!! I shall return!!!

I ordered pasta...wasnt spicy which was what ordered but the did give me cut peppers to add my own spice. I however observed that the serving of pasta was not the same for all member of the table. I for instant got a very small portion when compared to others... see pic below🙄

First of all, I went there with friends and it was a very long wait to get our food. It took over a hour before we got the food on the table and it was cold. The food portions were very small, especially the pastas and not really worth the price. I got a watermelon cocktail and it literally tasted like diluted medicine served in a literal mug! The place was clustered and had poor lighting. Only thing good was the waitress. The overall experience was poor and could be way better.

Dined at Trio on my birthday 2 weeks ago and the staff made it a special occasion. The ambiance was perfect both inside and out, the waiting time really wasn't bad, the food was excellent and the customer service was great from start to finish! Kudos to the Trio team 👍🏿
