Total
disaster.
From
customer
service
to
management
poor,
poor,
poor.
29/11/2020
From
all
my
times
of
eating
out,
I
have
never
experienced
such
poor
customer
service,
and
down
right
slackness.
They
oversubscribe
and
couldn't
properly
serve
customers.
I
went
there
to
celebrate
my
birthday.
I
made
reservation
and
paid
days
beforehand.
I
had
a
6pm
reservation
and
even
after
9pm
we
didn't
get
a
plate
of
food.
Reservation
was
made
for
13
persons
with
blue
and
silver
décor.
Myself
and
guests
arrived
minutes
to
6.
Upon
arrival,
no
parking,
we
had
to
park
on
the
street.
When
we
ascended
the
three
story
of
staircases,
we
had
to
wait
at
the
entrance
with
other
disgruntled
customers.
When
finally
communicated
with
the
receptionist,
the
table
I
was
told
was
mine
could
only
seat
7
persons
and
had
a
black
and
gold
décor(not
blue
and
silver
as
I
had
requested
and
13
persons
that
I
had
confirmed).
The
place
was
overcrowded,
no
social
distancing
and
little
or
no
covid-19
protocol
was
been
observed.
The
music
was
extremely
loud,
you
couldn't
even
hear
yourself.
The
waitresses
was
not
pleasant
and
was
not
helpful
at
all.
Customer
service
training
seriously
needed.
I
had
to
ask
to
speak
with
management
when
I
explained
the
error
with
my
reservation
and
told
that
she
can't
help
me
and
how
no
table
gonna
be
ready
soon,
so
myself
and
others
who
can
sit
should
sit.
Like
are
you
serious?
And
what's
worst
a
table
became
available
and
she's
going
to
tell
me
that
she
was
going
to
give
it
to
another
guests
who
did
not
pay
before.
It
was
her
manager/supervisor
told
her
that
she
had
to
give
it
to
us.
We
waited
nearly
1
1/2hr
before
they
were
able
to
add
another
table
(which
by
the
way
was
a
tiny
round
table
not
adequate
to
accommodate
my
guests).
The
space
was
crammed
and
trucked
up
between
tables,
you
had
to
squeeze
side
ways
and
persons
had
to
get
up
in
order
for
you
to
pass.
When
seated,
they
took
awhile
to
take
our
orders.
Not
even
a
glass
of
water
we
were
given.
When
minutes
to
9pm,
I
asked
the
server
what
happened,
not
even
water
nor
the
drinks
we
could
have
gotten?
Her
poor
excuse
was
that
we
weren't
all
at
the
table
and
she
was
told
it
was
a
table
for
7.
Seriously??
This
bull
at
this
point?
One
of
my
guest
had
to
purchase
a
bottle
of
water.
That's
how
bad
it
was
and
a
couple
others
went
and
purchase
other
drinks
at
the
bar
as
we
thirsty
and
starving
of
hunger,
leaving
our
dinner
at
home
at
waiting
over
3hrs
for
food
or
drink.
Tardiness
was
the
order
of
the
day.
When
the
orders
were
taken.
The
waitress
came
back
3
times
to
tell
us
that
they
didn't
have
one
thing
or
another
and
persons
had
to
choose
something
else.
insult
was
added
to
injury
when
the
Chef
came
at
9pm
(curfew
hours)
to
tell
us
that
he
was
out
of
shrimps
and
God
he
knows
what
else.
After
3hrs
of
wait
several
of
my
guest
wouldn't
have
anything
to
eat.
I
couldn't
endure
another
second
of
the
madness.
I
cancelled
all
the
orders
and
demanded
a
refund.
When
I
went
for
refund,
the
manager
didn't
even
apologize,
didn't
even
do
or
say
anything
to
soothe
the
pain,
frustration,
discomfort
or
inconvenience
experienced.
Most
establishment
like
this
would
have
tried
to
compensate
you
somehow
but
not
876
Terrace.
The
few
drinks
that
we
got
at
9pm,
that
I
had
to
beg
the
waitress
to
take
to
us,
we
still
had
to
pay
for
them.
Good
customer
service
would
tell
you
the
drinks
is
on
us
and
we
are
so
sorry
for
your
inconvenience.
And
also
seek
ways
of
improving
your
experience.
Afterall
they
mixed
up
my
reservation,
I
waited
too
long
and
was
seriously
inconvenienced
on
a
day
that
I
was
supposed
to
be
happy
celebrating.
Absolutely
no
one
showed
remorse
or
signs
that
they
cared👎👎👎👎👎
My
evening
was
totally
ruined.
I
was
soo
upset
on
my
birthday
that
tears
came
to
my
eyes.
A
meal
at
any
fast
food
joint
would
have
done
more
good.
