Really, good pizza been here twice, but no A/C in the shop & no customer bathroom. I was sweating the entire time I was eating & of course my fingers got really dirty & they have no cutomer bathroom for me to wash my hands after I was done. I was told to go down the Plaza for washroom 😟

Pizza is really good. We tried the jerk pineapple and double barbecue. Highly recommend the barbecue, the meat is very soft and flavorful. Will come back to try other flavors.

They offer a completely different variety of toppings. That includes options like gluten free, Sweet and sour fish, Jerk Chicken/Pineapple, Margarita Cheese and Bacon/Parmesan slices. All were delicious! Crust was a little chewy on the cheese pizza... and it was a little salty. My favourite was definitely the Jerk chicken and plantain! If you're lucky they might even give you samples of each. Definitely a place to check out. Will be returning.

They have a wide variety of interesting pizzas, I mean bbq fish pizza? Doesn't get any stranger than that! But, for the most part everything I've tried tastes pretty good. Not the best pizza I've ever had but with all the varieties to try I know I'll never get bored. I had the sausage roll which seemed to be just a Grace sausage with tastee cheese wrapped in pizza dough, but you know what? It really worked. I loved it, just wished it was hotter when they heated it up and that they had more condiments to go with it like mustard

Great tasting pizza! Poor customer service. Please do not call for takeout. "We only take walk ins"... thats what the person who answered the phone told me. The way to deal with a few customers not picking up their orders is not to stop taking phone orders. It's to secure payment prior to pick up. Very disappointed. Do better.

The dough was too hard and had a raw taste to it. Really was hoping to enjoy their pizza, dough need some work. Margaritas pizza isn't a Margaritas pizza in the pizza world. Staff was friendly though

My husband and I bought their pizza and we enjoyed it. We wanted to try the various toppings that we saw online. There was not a lot of options to choose from when we arrived. After making our purchase we saw a lot more options being placed on the line. We had to make another purchase as we could not change order even though we were still waiting it. Net net...Pizza was good but staff need to inform customers when other options are soon available especially when the line did not have much options.

Personalized what’s app ordering . Very very friendly and quick service . Authentic food true to both cultures . Had the bbq chicken with real tasty well seasoned chicken , And the hellshire mannnnnnn perfect little bit of cheese nice chunks of lightly breaded fish . Nuff peppers and onions . Thin crust . Two slices and I’m full and satisfied. Chicken tenders bruuuuuu. Not premade dry tenders but real chicken with varying sizes .

The Dough of the pizza is crunchy, soft and have this gluey base that hold everything together. This pizza stays together and doesn't peels off on layers. From the topping to the crust you will experience the taste, smell, aroma with every bite. The staff in this restaurant is attentive, approachable and shows good customer service. The wait time for your pizza is 15-25 mins depending on the day of the week. They have a variety of pizza 🍕 options. Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork, Ackee, Pepperoni, Ham, Vegan etc. In addition they have Italian Garden Salad, Ice Cream. When I'm in Town, I normally order online and pick up. They accept Card, Cash etc. I later found out that Pizza 🍕 and Garden Salad 🥗 is a great combination and ever since I knew that has always been my choice. There's also a seated area inside where you can purchase a few slices, sit and enjoy your Pizza while enjoying Panaromic view of the Mall. Lastly, I would recommend Pizza Please to friends, families, co-workers who are willing to try some authentic Italian Pizza 🍕 with an infusion of Jamaican herbs and spices. I love pizza. Wherever I go in the world I eat at a pizza place and always find something to enjoy. Pizza Please has a wide variety of pizzas available in a À la carte styled setup. We had some decent Jerk Chicken and Pizza, that looked great. I was hoping for a bit more jerk chicken taste, but the pizza didn't disappoint. We talked to the owner who told us a bit about the story and he was very nice. If you're in the area, check it out!

I visited around 12 pm on a Saturday, it peaceful. Ordering was easy and getting a direct view of the variety of pizza that was being offered was a plus. It was also very affordable. The atmosphere is children friendly, wifi is also available. Parking seemed average given that there's other businesses on the plaza. The experience was a 7/10. The food was amazing

The food is excellent. Great customer service. It's one of the few places you can still dine in during covid-19. Lots of choices on the menu and they have daily specials as well. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Regarding the Village location, it remains very accessible and convenient, especially after hours, when one desires a hot, done to order meal, without a huge crowd. During regular hours, parking is a challenge. The pizzas are consistently good, however there is some variability with other menu items such as the various paninis and the lobster roll. For such speciality, high cost items, the aim should be to make the customer feel very satisfied about their purchase. Hopefully Management will take the steps necessary to enforce, ensure and maintain minimum standards that are are at a high level.

Always a great experience here. The pizzas toppings are interesting, makes you wanna try them all... Although the quality is changing for me compared to when they started, it's a bit more greasy now than when they started. Their deals are definitely becoming competitive. The customer service is great too

I like the fact that they have a variety of pizza options that's different from the norm. Bbq chicken pizza, jerk chicken pizza, Esco fish pizza. The dining area is a bit small and not much space for multiple diners. Overall it's a decent place to go get pizza to go not to dine in.

The pizza leaves much to be desired, the dough is rock hard and tough to bite through and the cheese and toppings don't have good flavour to compensate for the dough

This is a nice Pizza Restaurant that offers a unique Pizza experience. Unlike the other Pizza Joints that offer your traditional Pepperoni and Hawaiian Pizza, at Pizza Please you can get creations such as the Curried Goat Pizza and Callaloo Pizza. The Chefs here are very creative when it come to new Pizza creations. I found the Pizza to be quite tasty and the service very professional with friendly servers.

The food isn't bad, the pizza is the star of the menu and there is a nice variety of types of pizza to choose from. The customer service is good however the dining area is small, it's quite easy to have nowhere to sit when you visit in the day time and the seats are uncomfortable the type of board they are made from is squeaky and pinch the skin of your thighs if your bottom is short enough.

Great pizza as always, consistency is their best trait. And using local ingredients to their menu makes them unique.

Take away Fresh real italian pizza 🍕 slices, also pasta and salads are available. Good price and variety (classic and jamaican influenced toppings )

Service is great and quick. Only ever had the pizza slices but they're delicious! Even the margherita(cheese only) slices are great. Only downside is some days they don't have the selection of pizzas that I like and sometimes the pizza is super oily or the crust is burnt. Place itself, though it's small it's comfortable and clean.

Customer service was excellent. Staff was courteous and the pizza was delicious. Visited Pizza Please three months later and was not pleased at all. Cashier got the orders mixed up, the pizza did not have the same great taste (was there a chef change?). Customer service of the servers was still excellent.

Bbq chicken and vegetarian full house is a must have. Lovely venue.

Worse shrimp pasta ever!! Only came with two shrimps, TWO!! and to top it off it was so cheesy to the point where it couldn’t even be eaten. Pasta was soggy too, literally had to throw it away. A waste of money kmt Doesn’t even worth 1 star kmt

So this was my first time trying their food and bwoy...it blew me away. The loaded fries was the bomb. The cheesiness was just right and the chicken that I got as an add on was crunchy but juicy. You all need to give your chef a raise.
