Not the best Chinese food, but affordable and the taste is okay, average, some dishes that are sweet have too much sugar for my liking the savoury dishes are better but a little too greasy, service is okay but can sometimes by very slow

Worst customer service ever! The customer service is beyond poor! The consistency of the food is also poor. Ok price for the taste then some days I regret buying there. Howewer after today, Tuesday May 28, 2019, I wont be going back ....

4 people serving and the line hasn't moved in 20.mins. one girl on her phone. Bere chatting and laughing and taking own sweet time. If there is a manager who takes pride in this establishment, you better wake up and do better. But of course, some people take no pride in their work.

The casher lady have no manners, i order a 2 ,2dish food it came up to 1440 i told her the spaghetti was little for the money and she was like, that's the serving if you don't want it then leave it. That's not good customer service worst by her own culture i don't think am well buy from them again.

WORST customer service . Little Tokyo at Sovereign Centre was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a very long time. The workers that were there at 6pm on October 15th 2020. The persons serving and also the cashier. We ordered fried rice and it got mixed up with Tokyo fried rice and brown rice, after realizing we politely asked to change the rice and she began to shout at us, because we wanted no trouble we took the Tokyo fried rice that she already began to share out. We then asked for pineapple chicken which was there ! But she went on to tell us that there was no pineapple chicken and was rushing us to choose the meat we wanted with the rice. The body language was very strong and they were being very disrespectful, this is not a place I plan to visit again.

Was sorely dissapointed at the quantity and quality of the food. Got through quick though so that was good.

Always the absolute worst. The staff is so unfriendly. When you're speaking their demeanor is so off putting if they don't feel like answering they don't. They'll completely ignore you. The wait can be reduced by letting the same person sharing the side serve the meat. Usually it gets crowded and when it's your time you still end up waiting because the person sharing the meat may not be ready while the person who shared the rice moveson to the next rather than complete the meal

The serving system is very slow. Very very slow. The food is okay. Last resort for me whenever I go to sovereign.

Awesome food selections...taste great and it's affordable. You definitely get value for money, The menu rotates every week so you don't get bored, My favorites the Chicken in Oster sauce ..My only problem was the service offered...the servers seems bother when they are serving the Cashier has an attitude when cashing, they all seemed as if they were uncomfortable working there

Friday evening seems to be the worst time to go here. On the plus side would recommend the pineapple chicken and general tso 2 dish combo.

Since it's establishment years ago I've been confused as to why its a Chinese restaurant named after a Japanese capital....but anyway the food is usually good and good portions for money. I recommend the Tso chicken or Sesame wings. They also offer non Chinese dishes

Been going here for a while. Food had always been passable and cheap but last Saturday bought a lunch and got fried rice that was all broken rice (pet rice) honestly this is an insult to the customer. They've increased prices and can't even serve regular cheap rice!! Shame!

The price is great. You get your money's worth in quantity of food. Sometimes it is hard to completely eat a full serving of a one dish meal. The variety is okay and the service is also great. Check it out when you in the food court.

The food is good but it is served in small portions at a high price. The portions since they switched to paper boxes has gotten even smaller.

Got 3 food and the rice was all spoil. I called to get back my money and told me I couldn’t get it back because we started to eat to food. I asked what about the fact that the rice is literally spoil and they asked me why would I eat the food and know that i was going to send it back. Do better. This place needs to be closed down.

The food from here is actually very good but after going through the trauma of horrible service from the staff, over and over and over again, the inclination to go there becomes less. After the vexed faces and food being slapped in the plate appetite becomes lost. They need to train staff on how to deal with customers.

If I could give a lower rating that 1 I would. What a mess ! I ordered 2 meals 1 was supposed to hot and spicy chicken with lo mein and I got what looked like chop suey. The other meal I ordered was the general tso chicken that looked like nothing it was supposed to, I ordered fry rice and got Spanish rice instead that was very dry. I didn't even receive the spring roll I paid for. I will never waste my money at this restaurant again.

General Tso' Chicken was more like General Sugar chicken...all i could taste was sweet sweet sweet, no flavour....bar-b-que wings tasted rancid and definitely no flavour either, fried rice or a yellow rice had no flavour neither did the sauce from the General Tso' chicken. Sakura in Spanish Town, tastes way way better than this...I literally threw my $820.00 away, i comforted myself knowing I treated my dog to Chinese today...one star for the food box....

Ordered mallah pork with fried rice and ended up getting food poisoning. Worst experience ever!

The service was ok could have been better if all three ladies just server the to customer in the same order...because it get crazy when one ask what you want and the next one ask you again what type of meat....other then that, the food always eat really good there all the time.
