This was my first time at Fromage, they didn't require a reservation which was great. It's definitely a small and intimate type of setting. I definitely think it's perfect for a first date. The music is low and allows for conversation. The service was good. Our server for the night was a pleasant gentleman who checked in on us throughout our dinner. A few of the drinks were a miss. 1/3 drinks were good. Because the time is now warm, by the time the drinks reached our table it was almost room temperature. The server did take some ice for us though. The food, I'd say was an overall 6.5/10. The pasta tasted off but it was filled with alot of shrimps. The shrimp fried rice had wayyyy too many onions, but it was loaded with a lot of meat, so that was a plus. The prices were not over the top and I'd say affordable. The drink menu is very limited unfortunately. The food menu, had alot of different varieties. I'd definitely visit again, but just won't take their pasta.

Very intimate and cozy environment. My spouse and I went for breakfast and she had the Tiramisu French Toast w Scrambled Eggs on the side, while I had Steak and Eggs 😋 The meals were delicious and service professional 👌🏼. My only disappointment was that they didn’t have any Chai Latte even though same was on the menu. So I opted for the Blue Mountain Coffee (Americano) and my spouse had a cappuccino ☕️

Second time coming to Fromage, first time at this location. I LOVE them! The food is delicious and filling, the staff are courteous and attentive and the ambience in general is lovely—be it formal, casual or semi. Big up to Peta-Gaye who was our server.

I like both locations.... Wings and pork bites were 6/10. We got the crispy hot honey chicken which was 8/10... Pomegranate salmon was 7/10, ribs 6/10 and pork tenderloin wrapped with bacon was 5/10....Drinks were good and our waiter was good too. I'll be back hopefully the food will be excellent next time.

Loved it! Nice vibes...quiet and peaceful respite from the mid afternoon heat. Great place to just chill with the girls. Food was good. Quite tasty. Didn't find the prices overly expensive. Salmon portion was huge!!

Food from Fromage Bistro was flavorful. From the Power Salad to the Salmon Rolls to the Shrimp Alfredo. Service was good. Atmosphere was a different feeling at first, but, we acclimated to the intimate inside space quickly. A little more on the pricey side but overall a nice spot for dinner.

Beautiful indoor & outdoor venue. Wonderful staff. Long wait time. Expensive culinary complimented by an OK taste. Hears why: I had shrimp soup & pork wrapped in bacon. The pork was undercooked and gummy. The bacon was good and the sauce was exquisite. The fries were cold, as expected, but the empathetic staff offered to correct it. (A rare attribute observed in customer service).

I enjoyed dining here, the food was good, customer service was good, good location. Would definitely dine here again. Recommendation: Tiramisu is fire🤌

After waiting for what felt like forever to go to fromage, I actually feel as though I was let down. Online reviews and pictures all amped me up. Yet to say that I was underwhelmed is an accurate statement. I ordered the Tuscan pasta. I did not receive any Italian sausage in the dish and there was no explanation given. The edges of the meal were cold while the center was lukewarm. The sauce was Bland and really under seasoned in my opinion. We were greeted quickly and seated by Stephen. We were waiting on by Carl. Carl's table side Manner was easygoing, warm and engaging. The drinks were cold and presented promptly. The island breeze cocktail is phenom! Ambience was perfect. My guest really enjoyed her coconut crusted chicken with coconut curry sauce and Jasmine rice. I think on my next visit I will try something else and hopefully my review will be better then.

Celebrated my birthday here with breakfast and it was great. I love the setting, the decor gives a out of Kingston vibe. Food was absolutely great!

Magnificent Service.. Its one of the first place I have ever gotten my food so fast and the food was excellent.. Nice ambiance and settings. I was in PARIS.. even French music. I didn't understand a word the songs were saying but it was fitting. Lovely experience.. lovely place. Perfect for any occasion..

After a frustrating experience at Tea Tree Creperie where I had to leave I came here. The prices here are more expensive than at Tea Tree but the customer service is much better. We weren't ignore here like we were at Tea Tree.

I literally drove an hour to come for dinner , I called before I made the trip and was told “We close at 8pm but take our last siting at 7:00pm . We arrived at 7:02 due to Jamaica’s unpredictable traffic, we asked the lady at the counter to be seated she stated that they cut off at 7:00pm, I explained that I had driven over an hour to dine there she was pretty much like “Oh well” . I asked to speak with the manger by the time we got to speak to her it was 7:04 pm and she advised the same but added because they were so busy they shut down early (Which was not explained to me over the phone). I’m very disappointed because of this and curfew in Jamaica I had no other options for dinner and a hungry hour ride back home . Where they stood to gain a possible patron with repeat visits, that was ended or any future recommendations to my many business partners who often look to me for recommendations. However they will be first on my list to tell them NOT patronize!

I fully enjoyed myself at Fromage. The decor and atmosphere was just right for any kind of occasion. The food was BOMB! A lot of times restaurants charge you the most and serve you the least but I left feeling stuffed. The spicy chicken w potatoes and pine colada I ordered were well prepared. The cheesecake I had was HEAVENLY. To save the best for last, the staff was so attentive and warm. I must tip my hat off to Peta-Gaye who served us. She checked in occasionally to see how we liked the food and gave suggestions to help our ordering experience a lot easier. We were served in a timely manner and she did an awesome job. I think she should be recognized for her excellent customer service. I'd definitely come back to dine. :)

I went there with my family and I have to say it was a top tier restaurant! I made the reservation and the minute we got there we were seated. Our waiter, Steven was the best. Excellent customer service. He took our orders and our food came out like five minutes after. He kept checking on us every five minutes to ensure we were good and satisfied. The food was hot and the serving size was a lot. The food was well seasoned and the presentation was top notch. Not to mention the drinks. They were the best I ever had. Order any drink off the menu. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for Steven whenever you visit. I know I will the next trip!

I had a chicken salad. The salad part was delicious, the chicken was soggy, overly coated with garlic powder and horrible. Generally overpriced both food and drinks. I also object to being charged 15% service charge on a bill, and then have the waitron tell you that it all goes to the kitchen staff, leaving you feeling purposely guilty. 15% service charge is high in a mediocre restaurant, being expected to pay more on top of this is ridiculous........ I won't be back.

Food was really good, but I don't like the ambience nor the location. The one at Marketplace is the better option despite the fact that meals are served slower there. Parking is nonexistent and despite sitting outside.....the heat was unbearable. However, again, the food was really good.

The menu was a little hard to understand. The disclaimers about what they 'didn't have,' was a bit annoying. The bulbs are a little too low, I bumped my head on one while getting up from the seat. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Wonderful first time lunch at Fromage Bistro and found this restaurant by accident. The staff were friendly, prompt, and went out of their way to make sure you had a great dining experience. The cocktails and lunch options were great and the Jerk Poulet Panini sandwich was excellent.

I will ONLY go to this location (Hillcrest Avenue). The food was well flavored and the waitress was very professional and provided good service. Took my mom for a birthday lunch and she had the Chicken Masala, which she enjoyed and I had the stuffed chicken (stuffed with lobster and shrimp) it was good.

The food here os so good and worth the cost. The staff is courteous and the ambiance is lovely. It's a nice intimate place to get lunch or dinner.

Overall it was a great experience! The options were plenty and the wait time was minimal between courses. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as did the other persons in the group. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating! I will continue to visit and certainly recommend others to try! :)

The ribs was moved to Marketplace so I didn't have that option. Please bring back the ribs!

My sister and I sat down to two juicy mouth watering Bistro Burgers and fries done just right...it was so so good, topped off with a red strip melon beer. Our server Richard, was kind and attentive.

We enjoyed the food here and our waiter was great. The only fault was that the place was a bit hot.

Adorable little bistro that was recommended by several locals. Slightly overpriced, but the food was great. The Cubano bowl was phenomenal as well as the seafood soup. The Limeade and blueberry juice were very refreshing on a slightly warm day. Don't expect fast service, but expect to be taken care of. They won't let you down and you won't leave hungry!

The service was great. My friend and I had lunch there on a Thursday afternoon and the restaurant was quiet. I love the decor. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We had the seafood chowder and paninis with the tea chillers.

The food is always great. I've had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner here and I've never been disappointed with my choices. It's a small restaurant , very cozy . On my latest visit (Feb 2020) the waitress was super pleasant and witty. Prices are mid range, in line with dining out in Kingston. Great for date night or meet up with friends. Ok just go already 😊

Just had the pork belly sandwich a short while ago and was very disappointed. For 1600 JAD thr bread was stale and the meat was very small.

The Hillcrest location is a strong no for me. The restaurant manager/ supervisor (a female) is the main reason. On my first visit, the food was fine, customer service was fine. On my second visit, the food was okay, but I experienced a very blatantly disrespectful service. My party and I were treated as though we did not belong (as modestly dressed and classy as we were for brunch), while older and apparently seemingly more affluent persons were evidently treated with way more grace and better service. I called to complain that same evening, but it did not make sense because it was the female supervisor/ manager who picked up. She was the one who mistreated us. There was no resolve, no apology. In fact, the call ended by "Let me call you back in a minute. Something has come up.." To this day, I have not received the call. On my third visit on Mother's Day, despite placing an order before hand, there was a lot of mix up and so we had to wait a looong time. Fine, because I'm understanding. Through it all tho, the sameeee woman was not very pleasant. Not rude at all, but definitely not pleasant considering that they were in the wrong. It was a "Wait or don't wait" type of vibe. I have started going to the Brasserie, and the difference in customer service is everything. I absolutely love the Brasserie and its staff! But as for the Bistro, as long as the attitude of the woman remains unchanged, I will not be dining there anymore.

I don't like the fact that the utensil closet is right in the dining area and is visited regularly. It gives the place a tacky feel. That and the waiter seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and needed more training. Plus I waited ages to be served. It's like everything I chose to order the waiter came back to say was not there and wasn't all that tasty. The experience was underwhelming.

First time eating here, had a great time and the server was very pleasant and helpful. We had dinner reservations but most of us got there late and she tried her best to accommodate us during the curfew.

Food is exceptional.. As always. Dining at Hillcrest is somewhat uncomfortable though. Too small. Best to take the food to go.

The staff were very professional. The food was on point. We did a pick up so I'm unable to speak to the general ambiance. The only issue was that the parking was limited. This has not been a challenge on other visits, however.
