I'm not a usual fan of burger sandwich. But trust me this sandwich was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bit of it. What I love with my chicken sandwich, was that it was actually real chicken. I cant wait to go back there. In my photos it will show how I ate off my sandwich and cleaned it all up. What I love is that they give you a little black device with a number when you order your meal. The purpose for this device is when ioi order you can sit outside and wait until you hear it beeping; which will indicate your meal is ready. If you're a lover of Sandwich; look no further.

Customer service was excellent. The food has no business being that good. Fries was awesome. Burger tasted so good I wanted to cry. Sorrel juice was excellent.

Good place with great food and pleasant staff. Cashier was welcoming. Only downside not disabled friendly due to the steps but ok place nonetheless.

The service was quick and top notch. The burger options were delicious. However for the price I do believe burgers should come with a serving of fries (I opted to add the side of fries for $300). Regardless, I will be returning for the burgers. It was so tasty.

for the expensive prices the food was horrible. the burger was DRY and for $1,900 i expected it to be juicy. the fries were SALTY and tasted like they seasoned it with chicken seasoning. the sorrel juice was okay but needed ice, imagine $500 for a drink with no ice???? lastly the wait was very long.

Delicious, thick, filling soups. They can be a bit salty sometimes but they're some of the best soups around town. I find the sandwiches to be average, most of my friend enjoy them quite a bit though. Not usually a long wait.

Located on the property of Devon House, this small deli has some very interesting choices of sandwiches and meals to satisfy any palette. The service is very good and the attendants were quite attentive in assisting me in making my choice of trying something new. I had my meal in the court outside under the shade trees in the cool afternoon which positively added to the experience. Price point is a little above average but it's well worth it.

My partner and I visited this place for the first time and we were so disappointed!!! I ordered the surf and turf sandwich while he ordered the cheese steak. Both sandwiches were terrible!!! They were BLAND - no component of the sandwich had any taste or contrast. Added to that, a specific spice/herb/season or whatever it is was used in the products and it had a off taste. It was just the worst sandwiches we had ever tried !! To top it off, we ordered a servings of fries for around $530 the serving size for the price needs to be adjusted and the fries needed to fry a little more! The red peas soup was ok but a little salt .. I'm still tasting the sandwich in my mouth....and it's not a good taste at all‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

So my first time having anything from this place was today (Aug 13) after craving peas soup for about 2 weeks, I checked their menu and saw that they had peas soup with pigtail and beef (perfect combo!). I ordered one and had it delivered at work. I kid you not after taking the first sip, I did not know what to do with myself because it was sooooo good. Plus they put rolls with meal. As someone who LOVES a good bowl of Jamaican soup, I can truly say I have found my go-to soup place 😁 THANK YOU CHEF...oh and nuff love to cut d line for delivering without delay 😁

Lovely little spot at the Devon House. After multiple visits I would definitely recommend for soups and sandwiches. Their soups are served with a fresh garlic roll. Their natural juices are always refreshing. Perfect for takeout but there is also outdoor seating which is covered and has mist spraying fans. The prices are more aligned to gourmet sandwiches.

Great food. Great staff. I usually get the vegan soup, which is always delicious.

I recommend the Pimentos Cheesesteak, The Blue Salad and the Seafood Chowder. The Mediterranean/Greek Salad isn't recommended.

Food was very good!!! Had the cajun swims BLT with seasoned fries. Love the beeper system that they use to let you know when your food is ready if you step out of the store. Service didn't take long & was served in a timely manner although they had quite a few customers. Bread,lettuce & tomato were very fresh.....Very Pleased!!! Happy customer,I would definitely return.

FOOD IS AMAZING.

I had their cold chicken cranberry sandwich and it was delicious. I definately plan on going back and trying other things that they make. Especially the salads.

The fries was delicious never gone any where and had fries this good before. we ordered fire chicken burger and it was soooo good and it was huge that was a man's meal and this chica couldn't eat it all off. If u are hungry and looking for a delicious stop Pimentos got u. 4 stars because our pager did beep and we waited 24mins for our meal (turns out it was there waiting for us) but it was worth my wait

The sandwiches (Salmon and Snapper) and soup here are very good. Just a few minor issues experienced here, purchased a soup and fries that were a tad bit salty. Also for the price of the sandwiches a drink and a fry could accompany them.

Purchasing a medium or large soup sometime 3-4 times per week with NO MEAT is a waste…They should notify customers if there’s no meat in the soup before purchase…I’m tired of it, never going back‼️

Just Had the burger and I was not disappointed! Juicy, flavorful, a little kick of pepper jack cheesey goodness! Chicken pumpkin soup was also good. Kudos to the chef!

Just walked in and placed an order for 3 salads and 3 soups. After the long wait, all 3 salads were packed to go with no salad dressings. Just the dry salad. I just called to let them know and all they said was sorry! After taking so long to fill and pack the order, Pimentos, you need to do better than that!!! So disappointing!

Burger good but very priced! Pob didn't work though across from the court yard. Fries cold fries were served due to waiting on them. When received meal, supervisor or manager at the time didn't want to change my fries. After returning to have the fries changed, i was giving bck the same fries which they warm bck up in the fryer and without the spice or salt on it.... been buying from them before the covid-19. However, no longer returning.

The manager and staff at Pimento’s Restaurant Bar and Grill in Devon’s Hall Kingston,Jamaica should consider treating all customers equally and not argue with paying customers visiting the country in front of other people. Customers have asked for refunds after being disrespected by the manager and employee.Tek Ya money an Run!! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 Become a runner and a trai star!! Will not recommend!

My visit here was a good experience, workers we very helpful, the food was great as well, I like the idea of the portable buzzer given to us to notify when our food was ready. All in all it was a nice experience.

Food was all that I anticipated and more... burgers and sandwich were extremely filling and packed.

The food here is good, but be careful when using your debit card. My situation was that after 2 failed attempts using my debit card I chose to pay in cash. Later on when i checked my account online i realized that the payment went through as well.... that was on Jan 23 and after reporting the matter within days I still have not received my money.....like I said the food was good but not worth twice the price

While I am a loyal customer, I am disappointed that with the reduction in GCT, there was no reflection of this being passed on to the customer but rather an increase in price of food to compensate! Shameful. I wonder how many others are doing this to unsuspecting customers!

Chicken soup.... literally for the soul. Saved some for my 5 yr old and she was begging for more. Not too crowded, and the menu seems to be just enough, not too overbearing on the eyes. Delighted to have been there again

I loved how the outdoor seating area was set up, it was so welcoming and relaxing and the staff pleasant and helpful. The little pagers they give you to indicate when your meal is ready is a nice touch especially so you can walk around the historic grounds for a bit before eating. I ordered the Fireside Chicken which was so delicious and filled with scrumptious veggies and gooey cheese. I haven't stopped thinking about it lol

The Cajun Shrimp BLT is very appealing to the eyes. It is also very tasty. However, as a first time customer I wish that I was informed about the pager system to avoid confusion. Very unique system btw. I also got a moist towelette, which added a nice touch.

Went to Pimentos last year. I ordered the Western salad. The vegetables were fresh, the shrimp was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, the dressing was creamy, and the croutons and almonds were nice and crunchy. Being that there was supposed to be six pieces of shrimp, I only got five pieces. The employees were nice and patient, and my order was ready quickly.

You should totally check out the bean soup, the fries and the BBA burger if you're vegetarian it's an excellent option.. not a fan of heavy food try their natural juice and a salad, quick service and quality meals 😊

Service was great. I liked the pager that they hand you after you order your food so when your order is ready, they page you. Prices are on the higher end.... It expensive still. Some of the servings can be a bit salty so if you are trying to reduce your salt intake, ask them to go easy on the salt or consider a healthier option. Overall, the service is great. Kudos for that as good service is hard to come by in Jamaica. I wish all establishments were like this.

it's nice to sit in the shade with a cool breeze while having your lunch the service is fast enough so ur lunch break won't be wasted waiting on your food but even if you have to wait the food is well worth the wait. try the pimento steak sandwich ... with fries yummy 😋
