It's a nice place with an ok service an nice room u can get fan or AC rooms

Well, rooms are okay for what you are paying for. However, in my room, there have been NOT hot water for three days. The breakfast that supposedly is included, they buy it in the morning from Juicy Patties and you have to wait to 7:30 to get it, TOO late for me. And they call you at 5:50AM to ask you what you want for breakfast. And wifi is bad. The nice thing is that there are a few places to eat in a walking distance and it is locate in a good area of the city.

For the standard of the other hotels in this area and the their rates, this hotel is very reasonably priced! The staff does treat you nicely. Clean rooms, not very fancy but very clean!

Sensational

Clean and good breakfast the next morning. Nothing fancy or resort like. Just plain and simple with a bed with clean sheets, with hot water, soap and clean towels.

Friendly staff especially Shanya an Shellyann who makes your stay a pleasant one

There is a bathtub and free wifi. The breakfast isn't bad either.

Have stayed at this hotel over the years and sadly, in it’s current condition its rating have dropped dramatically to 1 stars in my opinion. Kids are on the property clapping and stomping loudly with no remorse for guests. It’s sad to say but I won’t be coming back here. If your on vocation it’s expected for you to have great experience but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me…..

I love this hotel been staying here for 6 years two times a year,the service was excellent the room was very clean and comfortable the only reason why I keep coming back is because of Nicole she is a wonderful person and always friendly to her guests

They treat me like I'm family ....very warm and freindly staff....i always stay there because i feel safe and comfortable ...

It's at very convenient location. The beds are comfortable. It offers television and a refrigerator in the room. The place is clean and the cost is affordable.

Fantastic place. Booked 4 days plus in advance to enjoy all the the joy of advance hospitality service.

Great for the price. They make you feel welcome and are very quick to assist with any issues. Breakfast was delivered every morning around 8:30am and our orders were taken the night before. Someone was always available for questions prior to our stay and during. Wifi was available in our room but strongest near guest services. Had no issue getting service when I needed. I would stay here again.

Clean, safe coozy and great price

The overall experience was great, very good customer service, however, the lack of toiletries other than a bar of soap, wash cloth and towels was a bit disappointing. The room was very clean with air conditioning and hot water.
