Hotel room was not cleaned properly. Hair in the shower and there were insects, such as ants and spiders, crawling around on the bed. When brought to manegement, they insisted the room was cleaned when it obviously wasn't. Think twice before staying at this property unless you like sleeping with insects crawling on you. Staff turned an untenable situation into one of the best vacations I've ever had... (got to first hotel only to find out travel agency dropped the ball. No reservations was at first hotel although credit card was charged). Rooms were clean. Channel selection on t.v. was good. Staff... To die for! Professional and personable. I'm actually glad that first hotel was a bust. This location and property was wayyy better. Travel agency refunded my monies and gave me comp airline tix to Jamaica. I'm staying there when I go back

We Booked a room and when we got there the room we booked was also booked for another group. We were left stranded in the night as other hotels were booked out. Don't believe them when they say they have a reservation made for you, make sure you keep checking

This is truly a hidden gem in Kingston! The staff are exceptionally customer oriented, like having concierge. The room was more like a relatives home than a hotel. I rated it four stars to begin with and then couldn't think of anything else I could ask for to make it five, so I rated it five stars. This Inn is cozy clean and very secure. Cameras and locked Gates ensure you and your property are safe 24/7.

This is a hidden gem! Safe and secure with Inn staff available to help with anything you might need. Gave it a four star rating, then changed it to give stars when I couldn't think of a single thing I would change.

Very nice and clean... stranded for the night in town, had to find a place to rest. Its close to everywhere in Kingston. Ac, fan, WiFi, cable TV, hot water, fridge in room. Nice and coozy for the price..

I was helped with my suitcase, promptly registered, and given the room without stairs as I had requested. Transportation was arranged for me for the next morning to the airport, and it arrived exactly as scheduled. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My only complaints: no chair in the room, eggs & plaintains already cold at 7:10 AM (breakfast was served at 7 AM)

Jasmine Inn is in a good location right near the National Stadium and offered very clean, basic accommodations. The staff was very helpful. No desk, no chair, no restaurant, no coffee with the economy room, all of which were problematic for a business trip with No Movement days involved. The next door neighbor's dog barked for hours and hours at all times of the day and night. Even ear plugs didn't block the sound. However, given all that, I would stay again.

Stayed one night with friends. Ok for a night. Water pressure in bathroom sink very low and carpet going upstairs was not vacuumed. Customer service was good.

This was a quick trip to take care of paperwork, but I am grateful to have stayed at Jasmine Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The staff was accommodating, friendly, helpful, and patient with my many questions. The artwork on the walls are all stunning, an added bonus. I would recommend Jasmine for future trips, long or short stays.

Reception was warm and courteous. Room clean, cosy and we'll kept.

Rooms where basic you pay for what you get also it was clean but they didn't clean every day I stayed 3 days they clean 1 day

I have to be honest this place is so Wonderful, my experience in Jamaica was so good too and your staff are wonderful. I will surely come back and stay there soon.

Since covid no continental breakfast and no couch or chair outside the room

This is a very in expensive place to stay. Rooms were comfortable, my only down was that there was no microwave or kettle in the room anyhow you can get one to use upon request

Economic people hotel but there is no water to drink , you need to walk for some other place.

Stayed for two nights, it was very comfortable and the staff were cool.

The hall and the bathroom from the room I was in had a terrible smell that triggered my asthma. Each time I go to the bathroom I have try to hold my breath which wasn't easy to do.

We stayed two nights at the hotel, which we enjoyed. Our hosts were great!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even helped us get something to eat and our beers :) We had an economy room which is good value for your money especially if you are in Transit like we were. Will definitely stay there again, on our return trip.

Is a nice, clean, peaceful and relaxing place. Easy check in a out. Looks secure.

For the money, this is not a bad place to stay. Quite, friendly, safe, and clean.

The place felt rundown. The room I stayed in could use some TLC the beds are old the room smelled weird and the list goes on

I spent 1 night and the 3 staff members I communicated with were helpful.
