The
service
was
terrible
at
Lees
Fifth
Avenue
Tropical
Plaza.
I
am
sitting
in
my
car
close
to
tears.
I
needed
to
get
a
gift
and
so
someone
said,
you
could
get
them
work
clothes
try
Lees.
I
went
to
Lees
in
Sovereign
made
a
purchase
total
$40,
215.50.
When
I
got
home
I
realised
that
all
the
pants
I
choose
for
the
person
was
the
wrong
size,
I
should
have
taken
a
bigger
size.
I
still
had
time
since
the
gifts
were
yet
to
be
wrapped
and
still
two
days
early.
The
next
day
I
went
to
Tropical
Plaza
December
5,
2023
to
see
if
I
could
change
the
size
of
three
of
the
pants.
The
lady
called
what
looked
like
one
of
her
staff
who
came
moved
some
distance
from
me
complaining
".....then
she
don't
know
what
she
want"
among
other
things.
I
proceeded
to
try
to
help
myself
checking
other
areas
for
the
correct
size.
She
proceeded
to
leave
the
area
and
stopped
briefly
to
ask
a
young
man
if
he
was
getting
through.
I
went
and
found
the
person
who
had
called
for
the
staff
and
told
the
service
is
really
bad
that
I
heard
her
complaining
to
her
and
afterwards
she
just
left
me.
The
lady
I
was
complaining
to
made
excuses
for
the
person
even
staying
that
she
had
another
customer
waiting
in
the
changing
room.
She
shortly
left
too
.
The
lady
who
was
now
assisting
me
after
I
explained
what
happened.
I
asked
her
the
name
of
the
lady
who
just
left
she
said
she
is
Ms.
Lawrence.
I
said
could
you
call
her
back,
she
did.
When
Ms.Lawrence
came
back
I
told
her
that
she
did
the
same
thing
i
complained
to
her
about
(just
walked
away).
She
started
shouting
and
I
said
you
are
the
one
shouting
and
not
me
the
customer?
If
it
is
such
an
inconvenience
for
a
customer
to
just
get
the
correct
size
then
the
persons
in
charge
of
Doreen
Lawrence
and
her
team
should
put
a
system
in
place
that
makes
it
easier
since
it
seems
nobody
wants
to
do
it.

where
is
the
Customer
Service.
She
wore
a
name
tag
says
Ms.
Lawrence
she
clearly
has
no
idea
of
the
concept
and
the
previous
staff
member.
If
I
had
the
option
of
getting
my
over
$40000
back
instead
of
a
credit
I
would
feel
better.
Lees
Fifth
Avenue
did
not
deserve
my
money.
I
understand
that
Ms.
Lawrence
is
Doreen
Lawrence
a
manager
to
my
shock.
I
hope
the
next
time
Ms.Doreen
Lawrence
is
dealing
with
a
customer
it
is
someone
befitting
of
her
personality.
Who
will
not
write
about
it
but
address
her
poor
service
as
it
happens.
If
there
is
anyone
in
charge
of
Ms.
Lawrence
this
is
poor
reflection
of
you.
