Good store with a large variety of products for all genders. The prices for some products can be a little high. Good customer service. Overall a good experience.

Suitable location, little on the pricier side but the variety and quality makes up for it. Purchased a few peices there and I get compliments whenever I wear them. Sells both men's and women's clothing (casual and professional) as well as bathing suits, underwear, handbags and accessories. Has a shoes section. Knowledgeable staff. Great sales rack.

Terrible customer service and poor human resource management. Someone I know had gotten an interview position and when the person went they turned the person back, which wasted the time for the interviewee and lied by saying they contacted the interviewee which they did not. Zero integrity and poor communication overall for such a developed brand.

Purchased an overpriced, very basic work shoe; at just 2 weeks of intermittent use the out sole is lifting from the shoe. I returned to the store and was told it cannot be exchanged because I’ve worn the shoe and it cannot be re-sold. I didn’t expect them to re sell a faulty shoe!! Ridiculous! There’s no way a proper shoe should start falling apart when it’s lightly worn! NEVER going back to Lees.

Lee's Fifth Ave in Tropical Plaza was such a pleasant experience when compared to the Sovereign Centre store. The staff actually did their jobs in assisting where they could and were polite. I will definitely patronize the Tropical Plaza store again.

Lee's is a good place to get bras. The prices are very steep so shop with caution. You can still find clothing items of reasonable price if one looks properly. They sell lingerie shoes clothes bags

Definitely on the "pricier" side but I enjoy shopping here. Has a variety of clothes, shoes and accessories to pick from. We can shop in comfort--clean changing rooms. I like it.

The clothes are a bit pricey but at least you know you’re getting good quality and their dressing room was an experience! Would definitely shop again and again

If you sell suits you should make sure the client leaves looking their best. You only alter jacket sleeves but not jacket length. Service falls short.

Pricey but great store front

This is a store which has been in existence from at least the 1970s or thereabouts There are clothing and shoes for men and women. The quality clothing for men is good, fashionable but tasteful. The standard and quality merchandise have been maintained over the many decades. I depend on Lee's for high quality men's clothing. The staff is helpful and courteous. One thing though a few chairs should be included on the floor.

Lee's Fith Avenue has maintained a standard which I only hope could be replicated across the industry. Cleanliness, ease in shopping, service ... it's all there. Did I mention 'service'??? They have it down pot, with staff that extend themselves to assist you ... with a smile. What I would love them to carry us a little more in the 'big and tall' department ... what they have mirrors the price variations associated with traditional 'Big and Tall' stores, but the amount if offerings are a little limited. Love the place ... 👍👍

The place is not bad , it has varieties and for all tastes , I give it this rating because if you are going to buy a piece of clothing for a family member they will not let you take pictures of it to show it .Today I was looking at a garment for a family member and I could not access a video call, so I was explaining to him, I had no intention of taking a photo, but just seeing me use my phone The security guy told me that I couldn't take photos, but it wasn't enough for him to say so and he kept watching me all the time and behind me as if I were going to commit a crime. I used to buy Amucajs of my clothes there in spite of being expensive , but now with me they will not earn another dollar . Rating 👎👎👎👎

Customer service is hit or miss, it depends on where you enter and the staff. No one is rude, but the quality of service varies. Prices are midrange. Choices are nice. Nothing exceptional about this store.

The service was terrible at Lees Fifth Avenue Tropical Plaza. I am sitting in my car close to tears. I needed to get a gift and so someone said, you could get them work clothes try Lees. I went to Lees in Sovereign made a purchase total $40, 215.50. When I got home I realised that all the pants I choose for the person was the wrong size, I should have taken a bigger size. I still had time since the gifts were yet to be wrapped and still two days early. The next day I went to Tropical Plaza December 5, 2023 to see if I could change the size of three of the pants. The lady called what looked like one of her staff who came moved some distance from me complaining ".....then she don't know what she want" among other things. I proceeded to try to help myself checking other areas for the correct size. She proceeded to leave the area and stopped briefly to ask a young man if he was getting through. I went and found the person who had called for the staff and told the service is really bad that I heard her complaining to her and afterwards she just left me. The lady I was complaining to made excuses for the person even staying that she had another customer waiting in the changing room. She shortly left too . The lady who was now assisting me after I explained what happened. I asked her the name of the lady who just left she said she is Ms. Lawrence. I said could you call her back, she did. When Ms.Lawrence came back I told her that she did the same thing i complained to her about (just walked away). She started shouting and I said you are the one shouting and not me the customer? If it is such an inconvenience for a customer to just get the correct size then the persons in charge of Doreen Lawrence and her team should put a system in place that makes it easier since it seems nobody wants to do it. Additional where is the Customer Service. She wore a name tag says Ms. Lawrence she clearly has no idea of the concept and the previous staff member. If I had the option of getting my over $40000 back instead of a credit I would feel better. Lees Fifth Avenue did not deserve my money. I understand that Ms. Lawrence is Doreen Lawrence a manager to my shock. I hope the next time Ms.Doreen Lawrence is dealing with a customer it is someone befitting of her personality. Who will not write about it but address her poor service as it happens. If there is anyone in charge of Ms. Lawrence this is poor reflection of you.

By far my favorite clothing store in Jamaica. Excellent quality, stylish clothing and something for every occasion. You definitely get your money's worth.
