They had a very nice variety of Jamaican souvenirs that were well organized. I think it's a great place to start looking for sovenirs as they have everything, keyrings, cups, coasters, crafts, magnets, clothing, bags, food items and more. Save yourself the time and start at Carby's. Also they had a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Carby's has everything Jamaican that you'll ever need to take with you as gifts overseas or to just enjoy here in Ja. They have a wide variety of attractive, good quality clothing, food and souvenir items plus some, at pretty good prices. Plus their customer service has always been great. Love the store as they have a lot of variety. However, they need to be more efficient about the check out process. I left the store and returned after not being able to wait until the lady on cash setup/fixed a clock. The store was packed even when I returned.

Many times my kids are involved in something at school and need to buy either Jamaican items or just regular clothes. I use to be driving all over the place trying to find what I need and usually having to settle for something other than what I need. Then I began to realize that Carby's have everything clothes or Jamaican souvenirs for children to adults. The quality of their clothes is very good and the service is also good. I found the service from the adult side of the store from the store attendants to be much better though. They approach you to assist as you enter. Overall great place to find reasonable priced clothing and Jamaica souvenirs.

I have been visiting Carby's for decades!! Always a good source for certain items like sturdy, comfortable slippers for all family members and a great place for souvenirs and all things "Jamaican". I have found clothing for kids and Jamaican branded items. Whenever I decide to travel, I always stop by Carby's the day before so I can get Jamaican snacks and confectionaries for my people overseas. Always a pleasure to there as I am sure to get what I went there for. I definitely recommend to any and every one who NEEDS souvenirs, Jamaican branded items and kids clothing etc.

Jamaica is a special place, and Jamaican people will always be dear to my heart. Except for those cashiers that switched this coaster stand when they were wrapping and bagging. Gave me this defected stand, and I only found out when I unwrapped them at home in Mongolia! Negative review for Carby’s!

Carby's has a great variety of souvenirs. All that you need at good prices. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no customer service. You could stand there looking up at a piece of clothing that you can't reach for over 15 minutes and no one comes over to assist. They just stand at the counter and talk among themselves. They are not pleasant, from the security that doesn't smile and greet you on entry to the floor staff. Simply put, if it were not for products, I would never set foot in Carby's. I was there in January and September of this year when I visited Jamaica and on both occasions the experience was undesirable.

The store is fully stocked. Several floor staff to help both downstairs (male section) and upstairs (female section). They have shirts and pants for both casual and dress wear. Price is mid to high market value for some items. A wide range of accessories are also available. Parking as usual, for that area, is a problem, especially between 11am and 2 pm.

The staff is great but the owner is the worst. I bought 15grand of souvenirs for family one of the T-shirts was too small. In all the rush getting ready for vacation I misplaced the receipt . The owner would not make the exchange even though they could remember me and it’s obviously their item. I know if it was a tourist she would have made the change. Worst service ever!!!

There are a lot of options to select from. Clothes, mini liquor, spices, hats, bags, etc. They might not have an exact thing you want, but there're other items you would want to buy.

They have EVERYTHING in here. Patrick was super helpful getting me the right size in the sweater I wanted and was super patient with me changing my mind and trying different colors on. Prices were super reasonable and the store is clean and very well organized despite the giant selection available.

I go to Carby's for one specific item; their bush jackets. They are apparently made for the store and fit better than most. I just wish they would open on time though.

I went to get something Jamaican for my two girls to wear for Jamaica day. At first I was outside standing in line while it was like 10 minutes to closing time. I saw one set of persons got let in after we where waiting for how long I do not know. I was on the edge, hoping they would let me in soon and not say we are closed for the day. By the time they let me in I thought but wait these people dont intend to close today. I was so happy to get in the store. Saw hustle and bustle all around the store so I thought I have to get out quick. I picked two nice dresses for my girls I though I would pay and leave quick. Not so, I saw a properly bent up line was inside leading to the cashier. I patiently waited in the line and left a happy customer.

Heavily trafficked plaza. Parking can be challenging at times. Store is small and compact with authentic jamaican parafenali. Great place to get your souvenirs. Helpful and attentive staff. What's not to like. I could not find it.

Carbys is your one stop shop for everything Jamaican, it's really a true gem. They will fulfill all of your authentic novelty gift needs at thr right prices. They also have authentic desserts like jackass corn, cut cakes, grater cakes, tamarind balls, etc. They have Blue Mountain coffee in various sizes and styles of packaging. When you're visiting this is a must stop. The airport departure lounge is joke compared to Carbeys.

One of the best souvenirs stores with a wide variety of items for any occassion. Good prices paired with goos customer service makes the experience worth it.

I am Carby's fan but customer service have dropped significantly, the reps aren't interested in assisting you, even when you call them, also the Lack of a variety of Jeans is not kool

Always a good selection of Jamaica branded clothing and souvenirs... It's my "go to" place when travelling on business, to purchase items for my hosts and colleagues... also when going on family vacations and we want to "look alike" as we Lyme..

I appreciated the array of product offering however I am inclined to find a different store to shop next time - that is more tourist and visitor friendly. How hard is it to wrap a gift intended for travel??!
