This place has the absolute best customer service team! They are prompt, efficient, and reliable! I live abroad and they are always willing to give me a virtual tour of what they have! They are patient and were willing to make suggestions regarding alternative choices! I They are professionals who value customers. They respond promptly to emails and questions. I highly recommend them!

i had a great experience here. i bought a king bed and a smart tv for my bedroom. the furniture is great quality and they have a wide selection to choose from. really nice furniture and not just bedrooms. they have sofas and dining tables and fridges. i didnt know they had so much furniture.

My order didn’t just come in time but because it was urgently needed they made every effort to get it to me before the assigned delivery date. Really appreciate your customer service. I was at my wit's end trying to find a reclining sofa that I liked at a reasonable price. I had been to umpteen furniture stores and walked out of them due to the poor customer service. No one greeted me, no one showed interest in assisting me and if I approached someone I felt like I was begging them a favour. Then I walked into Khemlani Mart. I was greeted by Suzanne. Not only was she pleasant. She was soooo very attentive. She was polite and prompt getting me the prices . Unlike every other store I had been in , she offered me a seat and kept me updated on what she was doing the whole time. Just Suzanne's service alone made me know that I was definitely going to be purchasing my recliner from her. Not only did I find my perfect recliner , the price was so reasonable compared to everything I had seen before. I would first like to say thank you for making the buying process so easy and convenient, the reason for only 3 stars is that some of the products bought didn't come with product descriptions only pictures so when the person went to pick up the orders alot of things were missing like the TV bought didn't come with a remote, you have to buy that separately, then the 7 pieces plates set didn't come with what was in the picture and when they were retrieving the products they broke the TV stand. I think you guys need for make things clear on the website and also replace products broken.

Its OK though i dislike being followed around store by staff/owner. Furniture mass produced, not particularly interesting and overpriced. Just realising that I've been to store 3 times but never yet felt tempted to purchase anything.

I’ve purchased from Khemlani Mart before so I know what to expect…exceptional customer service (thank you SAM). It is very convenient and simple to order and pay online. If needed, sales reps are just a WhatsApp message away (my preferred method) to answer any questions or to provide guidance. I like the variation of products that are offered and that it’s not just the traditional style of furniture. In addition they also have appliances, home decor, fixtures and many other items. A huge plus is that they deliver islandwide for a reasonable fee. I will always check Khemlani first for all my home furnishing, decorating or renovating needs.

I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase any form of appliances from this store. The prices may seem cheaper than that of their competitors however you will end up spending WAY more than even their competitors in the long run. Purchased a refrigerator that didnt even last for 1 and 1/2 year only to be told it's out of warranty and have to incur the expense of having it fixed or purchasing a new one.

I had to furnish a newly built house in Ochio Rios while living in the USA. The staff at Klemani did an exceptional job furnishing the entire house ,except for the appliance. The service and quality furnishings were superb. They deliver and set uo everything for me . I kept going back and forth with my choices and they never got upset. They did not stop until I was 100 % satisfied. CJ and his manager were very accommodating and patient I recommend them to anyone who is looking for goodb quality furnishings and excellent customer service.

I purchased furnished from Khemlani Mart. Karen is the best. She is very specific with her description of the furniture and gives you the best advice possible so you’re able to make an informed decision. She had arranged the delivery for my new furniture and when I arrived in town, everything was as expected in the photos. I went to see her in person afterwards and She was able to assist me in choosing a couch, kitchen table, beds and more with care as if she was furnishing her own home. I purchased a dryer December 2022 with 6 months warranty which is ridiculous however the dryer is not working I reach out to khemlani mart and they send a tech to fix it tech replaced a switch inside the dryer and next couple of days try to use it the dryer is still not working this is less than 3 months of purchase I reach out back to khemlani mart and they been giving me the run around they kept on telling me some one will reach out to me until this day I haven't heard anything this been going on for over 2 weeks now and this has been such a huge inconvenience for me

I gave 2 star only because the customer service was ok. The lady was kind and tried to be helpful but the management was horrible. Take it or leave it, even though other staff had promised a discount which was the reason I went back. Secondly, they charged 10k for a delivery from downtown to old hope road, not even 10km.. for 1 piece of furniture.. again the CSR had to go behind management and negotiate with another owner to get it discounted to 8k even though another manager had told me at Manor Park that delivery was 8k, The owner son downtown insisted on 10k.. lots of inconsistencies and rudeness from the management/owners. Thirdly, after paying so much for delivery, and waited for hours, the delivery guy called to say he was very tired and insisted I gave him directions even though I told him I wasn't that familiar with the area..I ask him to use Google and he said he didn't have data.. when they arrive they were not friendly at all.. I didn't have a good experience and I'm disappointed with their item and the cost.. totally not worth it.
