Staff was friendly. Um, no waiting area available if they're attending to a customer then you'd have to wait outside. Dress rental prices are quite reasonable compared to other bridal boutiques in Kingston. No photos allowed during fitting. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Of all the bridal Boutiques that I had visited, Bliss Bridal was the best. I left all the way from Montego Bay to Kingston to source my dress and I was not disappointed. The location was secured with convenient parking, the customer service that greeted myself along with my bridesmaids was excellent. I love how spacious the seating area was and the changing rooms were large and private. What sold me first was the friendly staff. Then, when I tried my dress I just knew it was made for me. Tho they have a wide array of gowns. The assistance was a bit unprofessional and pushy. There seems to be a "this is what I want you to wear" attitude and not what the bride to be wants to try on both in style and colour. The bride to be was informed that bone white and tea colour was what is in now and white is a thing of the past. ?? Really?

Modern Comfortable Clean Spacious The ladies were absolutely great with getting the bride- to-be fitted up. Great customer support and wonderful guidance. The dress room only needed wine to close it off😁, you got that Manhattan store feeling 👍

Went here today to help a friend shop for a wedding dress. The owner Sara, is pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She and her staff made our group feel welcome, patiently answered questions, and pulled selections that were all lovely. I like the fact that one can either buy or rent a dress. Very high end designers in a range of styles. I would recommend.
