My husband and I have been coming to KFJ for many years now. We have always been welcomed with warm smiles from all the staff with extra love from Christa, Brenda and Serena! I had broken a glass necklace that reminded me of my brother... It wasn't worth much but I love it and was devastated that I dropped and broke it. I can't say enough of how confident I felt knowing that my beloved item would be given much love during restoration. I was not disappointed! Thank you girls for always being kind and gracious! Sept 3, 2021 and Face masks required for everyone including vaccinated individuals. We won't be shopping here..EVER. Just bought a ring down the road.. apparently there is plenty of business so much so they don't care if customers walk and never come back.. "New"- Your response says nothing to address your masking policy that takes zero science or common sense in to consideration. We are vaccinated!!! The place is all plastic walls between employees and customers. If life is that dangerous for the employee they should stay in a bubble but they don't and go places where people aren't masked and vaccinated and yet life goes on... Everyone there is masked so if masks work why won't they work for your employees?? Also do the employees not handle things and pass jewelry back and forth??? It's a shame I have a 10 year anniversary ring I need to buy in a few months, but not at your store. Keep up this stuff and I'm sure retirement will be coming soon... stupid and simple minded people you must be...

I bought my fiances engagement ring here, and they were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. it was on pretty short notice, and they managed to have the ring sized and ready in time for my proposal. we went back for our wedding bands, and again, very helpful and patient with us. we were very pleased with their service and quality and it felt great to shop local instead of buying from a mall jewelry store. great people, great service, great quality.

Impersonal and judgemental. I had some repairs that I wanted to have done. The repair process was good. I was told some things we're not worth repairing. I was ok with thay. But I asked about some of the other jewelry I was told they were pricey. Implying that I couldn't afford it. She wouldn't even walk over to show me. She just pointed me in the general direction. And went about her day. This was not what I expected. I have worked in the jewelry industry and this is not how I treated my customers.

I cannot say enough good things about Kingston Fine Jewelry. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and very professional. Matt went out of his way to help me figure out the best option for sizing my engagement ring as he wanted to make sure the ring wouldn’t break if it was sized up. He truly went above and beyond and in the end guided me to the best and most economical option and my ring looks beautiful. I will never go anywhere else and highly encourage anyone who is looking for personal attention at reasonable prices to visit their location.

February 2020 I visited Kingston Jewelers to have multiple repairs and engravings done. It was tedious work, but they were gracious and not rushed. The work was awesome, except upon return of one of the items, remounting diamond studs, the results were disappointing. The manager/owner Matt resolved the issue beautifully. The work was redone and overnighted to my home. It was a stressful time as we were departing for a family emergency and I can’t say thank you enough for the resolution. Professional, personal, discerning, and highly skilled. What more could you want in a jeweler? Thank you.

I went to Kingston Fine Jewelry a few days before Christmas to see about updating a diamond solitaire ring. Despite the store being busy, Gale Knull spent as much time as was needed to listen, offer expert advice and ultimately to help me to create a beautiful, custom ring. The customer service is the best around and the jeweler did an excellent job too! The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I bought a silver charm bracelet here a year ago. I am no longer available to hook the clasp because of my disability. I went in to see if they could help me. Instead of a new bracelet, they changed the clasp to a magnetic one that I can easily manipulate. Thank you for your help and also for respectfully replacing my dogs crematory charm on the bracelet. My business will always be here ❤️

Went here plenty of times for jewelry repairs..came in for ring resize weren't able to do it being the stones would've been jeopardized but I'm so happy they were honest and gave me another option

Great local jeweler friendly and knowledgeable staff very happy to help went in there to have my watch band switched they happily did it in 10-15 minutes and didn't even charge me for it I've also bought some jewelry there and every time I've gone in they take their time going over stuff with me they don't get tired of showing me anything or explaining anything. their prices are quite reasonable sure you might be able to save a couple of bucks if you went to The big box store but you won't get the service that you do here
