This centre is one of the best. I went to do all my ultrasounds there and the doctors has such a bubble attitude he makes you feel very homey. The receptionist is very nice also.

Only issue I had is the long wait. I went there 3 times for ultrasound. I think the price is now 4500 or 5000. The ultrasound technician was processional and welcoming. The place was clean. Also wish there was more space there to wait.

I like the place the doctor his a real good doctor I feel very comfortable talking with him. The waiting a little too long bUT otherwise great service

I gave it a 2 star because the young lady at the front was very nice, pleasant and professional. The doctor for me was a no no... I don't think he even understand what he's doing and now I'm going of to go do another ultrasound. I literally cried and even though he know I was crying he still had the thing poking in my abdomen, It hurt so bad 😞😞😞 he even let me insert the thing inside...smh unprofessional. I honestly don't recommend.

After calling the office and being told the doctor is there only to be told when I reach that the doctor leave for the day ...like 2 hrs early ...some doctor from some Caribbean Island ..Also waiting for hours to do an ultrasound then being told the doctor won't be able to come in ..Vivo management need to improve these discrepancies and stop running the health facility like a Patty shop ...let me mention however that some of the doctors are reliable and caring but major improvement is needed with how the facility is being managed ..it is like they dont respect people time and effort to travel miles to support them ...right now I'm here waiting again and the doctor leave and he not answering his phone when the nurse call ... Update on Jan 14, 2020 Since I posted the first review I must say things has improved greatly at vivo..they restructure the time and days when ultrasound is done therefore the wait is not as long as before ...also there is always a doc during the hours of 8-30am -3:30pm...(Dr Lewis )which is so nice and warm ...in terms of the doctors, they are so personal and always make you feel greatful for coming to see them..Big up Doctors Lewis , Clarke , Deans and Braithwaite and I will recommend persons to support them..

Love it. Receptionists are friendly and the doctor makes you comfortable( he's a singer) even on my first time going he made me feel like I knew him for year, you can also bring your partner or a friend in with you and the wait time is not bad.

I always get thru on time cause I go in early an write down my name. The doctor is grate he knows how to deal with people but some of the nurses have to improve the customer service

This is the worst place ever to do an ultrasound. It's cheap but not worth it. The doctor does not know what he's doing. I went to do an ultrasound he was very unprofessional and he gave me wrong reading. I didn't have what he said I have and I got wrong medications! I had to spend more money to get another ultrasound elsewhere and they said there was no way possible I had that he said I had. You guys don't even deserve a star.

You don't get an actual appointment. It's call in and try to get there before 4:00pm to do an ultrasound in particular. It's only $3500. As a pregnant woman the seats are uncomfortable to sit on and you may wait for up to 4-5 hours to do the ultrasound. The doctor is Kool he answers your questions and makes you comfortable. They don't give you any image via email or print so you have to take the pictures of your baby with your phone. I got the results back the following day. There is no water no wifi nothing so take things to make the wait more bearable. The girls that work at the receptionist area when you call in the day are not so smart they have no details to give and they have poor customer service with a bad attitude. I gave two star because of the doctor.

My first time doing business with VIVO and DISAPPOINTMENT is the word. Poor communication. I had to give it a 1 star inorder to post it
