Dr. Campbell-Simpson is the absolute BEST! I really felt at home and the service provided throughout my entire pregnancy was so heartwarming. Ms. Maxine at the front desk is extremely helpful, friendly & courteous!

The customer service is beyond any I've ever received. The space is clean, the staff is friendly and the gynaecologist is so sweet and gentle. Definitely recommend 100%

My experience here was wonderful from the moment I entered to when I leave. The receptionist was great and had good interpersonal skills.Dr.Leo Walker was pretty patient and thorough and answered all my queries. He also displays a caring and compassionate disposition.I would recommend all who have any obstetrical/gynecological/menopausal needs to this place.

It is a joy to visit this office. I get a sense of peace and ease when I am there. Nurse Maxine is such a pleasant soul. I enjoy every interaction.

Dr. K Campbell Simpson! What a woman of God walking in her purpose in the medical profession. Finally found a home in this area. She was knowledgeable, gentle and she explained everything in detail. It’s hard to find a gynaecologist who it’s not awkward… the entire atmosphere in the office is warm and you feel right at home. Will be visiting again. Prices are also reasonable and she accepts health insurance

Excellent Customer Service! The receptionist Maxine was very warm and pleasant, I felt at home the moment I walked in. Doctor Campbell-Simpson is exceptional! She took the time to listen to me, and then explained thoroughly and clearly what I needed to know… there was no rush. I felt extremely comfortable…would definitely recommend!

I think I've finally found my Doctor and will be going back. Feels like Dr. Campbell-Simpson and her receptionist knew me from long time. So comfortable and accommodating, easy to talk to. Knowledgeable about PCOS and gives me added confidence that God's will is perfect. So glad I found her through these great reviews.

The services offer here is second to none, Dr. Campbell- Simpson is GEM not only does she catered to your physical well-being but mental and spiritual at well. Dr. Leo Walker exceptional when it comes to ultrasound.Not to mention the one and only Maxine best Nurse there is with a warm smile and a hearty greeting to a welcoming atmosphere.

I made my appointment about a month in advance. Dr K. Campbell-Simpson ended up having to travel because of an emergency. That's fine. What's not fine is the fact that I had to find that out when I turned up for my 10 am consultation. What's even more annoying? Finding out that the doctor left an entire week before my appointment day. And to top it off, the doctor that was filling in would be in for 3pm. No one contacted me to reschedule my appointment. In the days leading up, no one contacted me to confirm the appointment either. Things would have been sorted out then if that had been done. They completely wasted my time and I don't appreciate that. Edit (August 9, 2023): A close friend encouraged me to give the Healing Gynae Centre another chance, insisting that my experience wasn't the norm and that usually things go smoothly. I finally did act on said advice and honestly things went well. This time around the office communicated with me effectively. In regards to my visit with Dr. Campbell-Simpson, I found her to be patient, personable, practical and just an all-round professional. I'm getting the help I've been looking for and that's all I really wanted. All in all, I'm glad I gave them a second chance. Thank you to the team at the Healing Gynae Centre. Review change from 1 star to 5 stars.

From my initial visit to post surgery, I can truly say that the team here is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Let me not fail to mention that Maxine(the Admin Professional) is extremely friendly and efficient. Dr Campbell-Simpson is more than a medical professional..she wears all the hats necessary in making you healthy again…Would 100% recommend and I pray that God continues to bless this team as they help persons to be better. This was my first time going to a gynecologist and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor was so kind and understanding. He listened patiently and explained everything in detail. Definitely going back should I ever have similar issues
