Small comfortable gym with decent equipment. I'd recommend Jacqui or Calvin as trainers. They are excellent and extremely professional. They take the time to understand your body and your goal and cater a routine and meal plan that guaranteed to chisel results. There is great parking , room for aerobics and cardio.

Friendly staff... great gym atmosphere... I personally am not a member of the gym but go there to wait on my friend sometimes and let me tell you, the staff are still friendly towards me... it is like a family atmosphere..

The email subscription is annoying. They raised the fees for everything and it was already expensive but the personal trainers are good and the environment is conducive alright for a great fun work out

Comfortable environment and time variety of workout station. Not as popular as 'that' other gym, but that is the plus for me; not overcrowded.
