They used the price as a selling point for me to sign up and then raised the cost signing without any notice and just debited the funds from my bank account. When I told them I'll be cancelling, they made it clear that I either pay for a month and keep membership for that time or pay for the month upfront and the cancel immediately and I lose that money. They are scammers!!!

Time your visits as this will determine if you have the gym to yourself with a few ppl or you'll have to wait and share equipment. Early mornings and late nights, always the best

This gym location is spacious usually not very crowded. Get relatively good assistance from trainers. Convenient location for persons living in the Kingston 19 and 20 areas to workout.

I go to fitness express and Danielle is my trainer. She's great and professional.

Great gym, both workers and the members are helpful. Parking is in front the gym.

Lovely place to workout. Everything for your healthy living is in the building (to include a digital scale). Paper towels and sanitizer - always available. Restroom and shower - yes. Aerobics room with wall-to-wall mirrors - affirmative. Multiple weights benches and resistance weight machines for all muscle groups - check. Open 24 hours!!! Come on.

Beautiful new location!

Currently the worst location, only 2 treadmills working, and one out of the two doesn't even work properly. The set up of the equipment just doesn't make sense

The ambiance is chill and kinda romantic. The layout and decor was amazing. Felt like I was experiencing a part of Cuba. The staff was service was genuine and welcoming. And the prices are affordable. The food was fresh, warm and tasty. What more can you ask for.

Nice place to workout. Several exercise equipment...opened 24/7, with several locations island wide .

Small but does the job. Only 1 of each of the various machines for legs but if you're really into upper body, they have those pat. Gym users are friendly and share the machines so you don't wait too long to complete your sets. I usually go after 8pm and it can be full closer to that time but after 10pm...pretty decent space to do allyou want without having to wait on equipment.

I'd say affordable compared to other gyms. I enjoy getting my workouts done here. Especially if it's not during the peak hours. Well kept gym and equipment.

It's more spacious and less crowded then other Express fitness locations in Kingston. They also have two of some of the machines where as other locations only have 1 each

Very spacious and i love the availability of equipment, however their management is the worst. Cancelled my membership from early May, and even in July I was still being billed, received statement from my bank and presented to them, was advised it would be taken care of. Fast forward to August and I am yet to receive a phone call or email advising of further updates. They have no regards for people's time and money.

I would highly recommend this gym and physical trainer Patrick. Patrick knows exactly what he is doing. I just started the gym and I am very pleased with what I am seeing so far. Ask for Patrick when you decide to join Express fitness at the boulevard shopping center. You will not regret it.
