Started well. Beautifully framed my photo and when I went back 2 weeks later for 3 more of the same frame, but open backed so I could change the photo, the price quoted went up from $3600 to $5200, a 44% increase. When I pointed this out to the assistant, the best explanation he could offer is that there'd been a price adjustment. Really? Is Frame Art a real place? Today they lost nearly $20,000 and if that's the way they do business, they soon won't be a real place 🤔
