The rep did not call me back after promise to check on hotel rates and or specials.I hope in the future and special offers for locals re hotels kindly send notifications from early so I will be able to take advantage of this.

Words can't express the joy I feel the day I went into this travel agency. Professional, helpful took care if every single detail of my trip. They left nothing to chance. I'm never doing business with any other travel agency apart from this again.

I have to be constantly contacting the agent for update. It is soon a year and still haven't gotten a decision. The agent did not submit a form that is required and 7 months after submission of application the embassy requested a consent form for my son. The agent did not read the email and they just sent It to me and I only thought the embassy requested a copy of just a I.d. however months after going back through the email I saw they listed a specific form and I google it and saw it was a declaration form. Called the agent n they admitted to not reading the email. Due to the agent not making sure all documents was submitted and also not reading the email the embassy sent for the declaration form for my son, my son has yet to get a decision n it is almost a year. The agent response to you when they feel like and I heard other people that went to this agent having the same issue. No apology was provided either from the agent. I wasted $11200 paying this agency when I could have done the visa application myself. I would not recommend anyone ever again to this agency.

The customer service is very poor. Like many other bad reviews, the trend remains the same. The agent whom I work with was very unprofessional. Yes, you Shania Bowen. I don't know if you took on more clients than you can handle but my God. After paying for the consultation it's like everything when downhill. I had to be the one calling and each time I call, she is either in a meeting with a client according to her, or she had training. Each time I called I was told I would get a call back and she did not call back. My application was even submitted late because of her poor communication and customer service. ( I have the messages as proof). I had to call and ask to speak with a manager to get some sort of resolution. Can you believe this lady booked an appointment without even confirming the date and time with me? The lady literally booked the thing and sent it to me and that was it. What if I was unable to make it that day? Mighty God of Daniel. Is a good thing mi a God pickeny and mi blessed and highly favored because only because of him mek mi get the Visa. It is no thanks to you, Shania Bowen. Please pay attention to the training you're attending because you are nowhere ready for a customer service job. The one star is not for you. It's for the manager who did your job. Thank you Andrea. Maybe you should find another profession.

I have been trying to speak with someone seeking information for over 2 weeks to no avail. Sent an email requesting a call back. This happened however I was prompted a call back on 20 minutes which did not happen. I called a few days later and was also promised a call back, which I am still awaiting. Poor customer service.
