My sales rep, Samanta, is awesome! She's the reason I return to ICR. She's so welcoming, friendly, efficient, swift, and thorough as always. NO attitude at all...great customer service skills. The gentleman who checks the cars out and in is very professional too. The only minor complaint I have is that I got an older car on the last rental, but it was clean and the AC worked. Overall, the rental process (check-in and out) was seamless and quick.

Decent cars and service. The staff can be a little dense though.... We told them we were in a hurry. They even offered to upgrade the car (which was great). We spent approximately 30mins sorting out the paperwork only to be told when we were done that they now needed an additional 15mins to go fill the tank. We asked them to just record the current gas level and we'll bring it back the same or better but they also refused that because of their "policy". By that time I was so upset, I asked them to give me the car I originally wanted since it already had fuel.

Top class service from all the staff, especially Samantha and Stacey. I would recommend anyone to Island car rental.

Our car broke down, twice. We were offered a replacement first, to a very old car. This stopped on the highway just outside of Kingston in May Penn. that was a horrible experience and we did not feel safe waiting there for two hours to get yet another new car. Horrible.

Cars aren’t the newest models as one would expect. Not fuel efficient.

Pickup and drop off area is tight, but nonetheless, great company to deal with.

Would of given a 5 star, but the day went there, the first lady we saw said there was no cars available to come back in the middle of the week, but her supervisor was able to help us to find a car the same time.

Very good experience. The customer service was very good. However, the new entrance (the big iron gate ) is very unattractive, and no one sees you coming. So you are left to stand outside unless you bang on it to attract the guard's attention.
