The
luck
of
the
Irish
brought
me
to
this
fabulous
business
and
I
could
not
have
been
more
pleased
with
the
results.
The
professionalism,
the
quality,
and
most
importantly
the
service
was
stellar
way
beyond
what
I
expected.
Here
there
is
no
such
thing
as
"Relax
your
on
Island
time".
That
concept
doesn't
fly
with
this
business.
Their
timeliness
of
delivery
was
precise
and
exact!!!
Completely
exceeding
my
usual
experiences
in
Jamaica
they
simply
stick
to
their
word
and
DELIVER
on
time.
Their
driver
Gerald
has
11
years
experience
with
the
company
he
was
precise,
friendly
professional
and
ON
TIME
!!!
I
owe
him
a
six
pack
of
Dragon
upon
my
return
to
the
island.
It
will
be
hand
delivered
with
a
huge
debt
of
gratitude.

of
utmost
importance
for
me
because
I'm
an
international
customer
and
in
a
completely
different
time
zone.
I
called
for
a
very
unique
and
special
gift
basket
to
be
prepared

delivered
to
city
an
hour
outside
of
Kingston.
The
timing
was
crucial
as
it
was
a
surprise
to
the
recipient.

The
flowers
and
gift
basket
arrived
3
minutes
early
I
was
so
amazed
and
impressed
they
crushed
it.
It
also
allowed
me
to
witness
it
all
online
making
it
even
a
more
wonderful
experience.
I
literally
cried
tears
of
joy
seeing
it
all
go
down
a
memory
that
will
live
a
lifetime.
The
second
team
member
Sharon
Barrett
is
the
manager
of
this
outstanding
business.
Clearly
Sharon
knows
how
to
operate
a
successful
business
with
over
10
years
experience.
All
Wrapped
Up
has
been
exceeding
customers
expectations
for
a
decade
and
through
a
worldwide
pandemic,
on
a
heavily
dependent
tourism
industry
that
fell
off
a
cliff
in
March
of
2020.
That
mere
fact
alone
should
have
you
sold
on
Sharon's
amazingly
talented
managerial
skills.

last

initial

boutique

truly
God
sent.

go

dedication,
commitment,
and
professionalism
for

I've
been
in
customer
service
for
nearly
40
years
and
have
seen
my
share
of
talented
caring
trustworthy
individuals.
Nikki
Marshalls
work
ethic,
hustle,
demeanor
and
level
of
service
exceeded
all
of
them.
We
started
this
project
with
a
dedicated
timeline.
We
gave
ourselves
9
days
to
execute
with
the
timing
of
the
delivery
absolutely
imperative.
When
I
told
Nikki
the
day
of
the
delivery
she
said
she
wasn't
in
the
office
that
day.
I
was
initially
dismayed.
Then
Nikki
told
me
she
would
make
an
exception
and
work
a
half
day
just
for
my
order.
I
was
simply
blown
away.
I'm
on
the
other
side
of
the
world
and
this
amazingly
dedicated
individual
is
going
to
sacrifice
her
day
off
to
satisfy
the
needs
of
a
customer.
I
was
speechless
and
truly
honored
by
her
level
of
pride,
ownership,
and
devotion
to
her
job,
to
her
company,
but
more
importantly
to
her
client.
At
that
point
in
the
creation
of
our
project
we
had
been
communicating
back
and
forth
on
WhatsApp
and
had
established
a
professional
rapport.
When
I
heard
at
the
most
important
part
of
the
project
"the
delivery"
she
wouldn't
be
in
office
I
was
so
apprehensive
I
almost
decided
not
to
move
forward.
She
had
built
a
level
of
trust
and
dedication
through
her
communication
that
I
just
wasn't
willing
to
let
that
slide
to
another
representative.
Nikki
saw
it
through
all
the
way
to
the
successful
end
on
her
day
off
!!!
The
team
at
All
Wrapped
Up
are
so
blessed
to
have
such
an
amazingly
loyal
and
caring
staff
member.
I
wish
my
business
had
a

She

for
customer

sets.
