    The comfort and service is definitely there but I would not bank on them with them with time; within a two-day travel period, I had 1 bus being late by 15 minutes and the other by 25 (both buses were on site and were not late from other trips). Still the best we have.

    It was okay. The waiting room could be bigger and the bathroom needs some updating so it could look as good as the one in Drax Hall.

    The courier aspect of this business is absolute trash! They have no regard for customers. 3 days before Christmas and only 1 person working at the package pick up section, with a line outside in the sun, customers are being sun burnt waiting to receive their package. The manager of the business walked past everyone and not even a Good Morning. No manners, poor customer service. I would never recommend anyone to come here. It would make more sense to travel to the other parish, pay the toll and get your package.

    Got on that upstairs downstairs bus like that of an England commute. Loved it. The Driver was on the lower half and that made sitting up top at the very front, brought out the kid in me. The overall ride was smooth and in house movie created a feel good atmosphere.

    I have been using this service for years. I booked 6 tickets to go to the airport, I had an accident on my way to the Kingston office & missed the bus. I had to seek other means of transportation . I called the customer service to explain we are leaving Jamaica & will not return before 6 months. She told me the ticket is non refundable and hung up on me. Poor customer service, no empathy, business as usual.

    If you're in Jamaica and want a no hassle way of getting around use the Knutsford. It's comfortable and air conditioned. I always take my noise cancelling headphones, not because of the passengers, but because unless you're on a shuttle service, they play a film shown and the whole bus has to hear it.

    They damaged my luggage and refused to compensate me for it, then told me it was my fault. Also The representative at the MBJ airport was supposed to give me a credit and he couldn't find the book to do so, so I sent customer service an email requesting the credit and they told me they would not be able to give It to me, even thou I have proof it wasn't given to me, which I'm sure they could have seen it in there system as well.

    I use Knutsford whenever I am going out of town with a ride. I have been using them almost since they started operations and I will always book them for airport runs, Kingston runs and any runabouts that they can satisfy.

    Lovely ride. Would suggest buses get sprayed for mosquitoes. Experience this annoyance on 3 different rides. Water is offered to some customers, not all. Need to be consistent. Beats the hassle of the other forms of transportation.

    On the day i visited the service at Knutsford Pier 1 courier service was poor. I waited 30 minutes while they looked for 1 customer package. Lot of chatter about non customer issues. Whats for lunch, who was going off for lunch leaving one person to deal with customer package (this with approx 20 persons in line to pick up package) i asked about 15 minutes parking sign, ask if the package they could not find could be dealt with by someone else so the line could move. One glared at me, walked off, spoke to another he just looked and walked off. I am not likely to return. Will use Tara instead. Sorry. I you said you don't need my business anymore. Your body language spoke volumes

    First time using this service MoBay to Kingston. Very impressed with the service. Disappointed with comfort break area having no water so toilets were blocked up. Pardon the pun, but "back up" plans should have been put in place so that customers are better served. Drive cool and comfortable. Definitely recommend using them. Much more affordable than a chartered taxi.

    I have heard great things about the bus and the service they provided, hence my expectation was high, sadly I was disappointed. I took the bus from Montego Bay airport to Port Antonio. At the stop in Ochi Rios we were told it would be a 15 min wait. After waiting for 1/2hr, we were informed that there was an issue with another bus and we needed to get off our bus so they could have it and we would need to board another bus. Didn't make any sense to me that the pax from the broken just took the bus that was available, but I just followed instructions. After waiting around 1 hr for them to transfer the bags as there was not enough space on this bus they had to be loading bags in the back seat of the bus. As the bus is about to leave the driver advice that there is not enough gas in the bus, smh. They had to be using jugs of gasoline that they had nearby to fuel the bus, smh again. We were super late now and the bus driver started driving at an excessive speed to try and make up for the time. And just to add one more thing, I wish the driver had told pax that anyone playing music should be using headsets. .... I may be taking them again this upcoming Sunday, so hoping for a better experience.

    Took this to Gutters from Kingston and I was very disappointed, the bus never leave on time and there were no announcement to suggest why as a matter of fact the only time you communicate with agents is check in and boarding. I was told about accessing instrument for watching movie during the journey and there was none. Seating was comfortable and the bus suspension were very good so the ride was comfortable.

    Enjoyed my cross country trip. The stops really were useful. The bus was comfortable, temperature individually controlled and a television that showed an interesting movie. The drivers courteous and ensured the bus remain on schedulle. I recommendthis service to all.

    Good fast service. Does pretty much run to schedule. Good air con. Lovely new built bus station/cafe/shopping complex at Ocho Rios pick up drop off point (Drax Hall) with free shuttle bus to town centre.

    Went to the new Kingston location to send off a package to my daughter in Ocho Rios yesterday. Had to find out from one of the baggage handlers, who was VERY rude, that the building for sending packages was out of use, and was redirected to the main building. There was no sign to inform us. However, I was dealt with speedily from the main building. The customer agent told me that the package would arrive in Ocho Rios by 3:30 that afternoon, but when my daughter arrived there to pick up, was told she had to return the next morning for pick up. I even received an email saying that the package had arrived on time. Very poor customer service, and communication. Would not Recommend this service to anyone or use again. You people must realize there are alternatives and we don’t have to use your services.

    The delivery was timely. And I the delivery cost was affordable. They also offer COD (cash on delivery). The wait could be shorter but I guess expected. I hope in the future Knutsford could hire more staff and offer electronic check services. This would be extremely helpful.

    Safest and most comfortable way to travel. I don't have to worry about my baggage or if I'll reach my destination. The staff is always respectful and helpful. Highly recommend.

    A comfortable ride, but if I'm traveling to Santa Cruz St Elizabeth, I have to get off all the way in Gutters and the bus passes through Santa. The next option would be Luana, Santa is a major Town so a stop point needs to be established.

    It's always nice and clean here, the staff are friendly. The entire thing is just organised, the buses might be late sometimes but the journey is a pleasure. A+ Knutsford.

    They’re actually very organized. 1- the bus has Wi-Fi and AC; while it might not be super fast; it gets the job done 2- they give you luggage tags for your stuff with a slot to put the location where you are going 3- whenever they make a stop at a depot, the guys come and takes off the luggage a for that stop only. I like the set up. It’s very cost effective. My only issue is I wish the seats weren’t so close and they had more legroom.

    Easy check in, boarding and quick travel. Even though we left about 10 minutes later than scheduled, we still got to MoBay in 3 hours of leaving Kingston. Nice smooth ride. Wasn't able to book online for some reason but going into the New Kingston on a Saturday was a breeze.

    Send and receive packages at a base cost of 650 JMD, there is a storage fee of a 100JMD each day after the package has been waiting more 5 days. They are usually safe and packages in my experience arrive undamaged.

    Each and every individual that I encountered at the office was super polite and helpful. As to thr buses, NO wifi is on board but I guess you can say the movie system that they have in there makes up for it.

    Lines are long during the holiday season but representatives were quick. Wish they would have more representatives for that period to handle the crowd. Covid-19 protocols in place, masks required, sanitizing and limited number of customers allowed inside at any one time.
