First of all I would not recommend trading your phone here, they will valuate your device for way below market price. You're better off trading your phone elsewhere. Secondly I bought an I phone 8 Plus which they did not even want to include a charger with ( who does that) and the items did not come in any form of packaging. The Phone had to be returned 3 days after purchase due to battery and speaker issues and the phone it was replaced with have poor battery health as well. In addition to this. The included charger Overheated after just 4 charge cycles and I was just lucky enough to be there when it happened or it would have caused a fire in my home. I would never recommend doing business here.

Clowns. Called ahead to find out if they specifically had s23 ultra and s22 ultra screen protectors in stock. "Yes yes yes". Fight traffic get there "oh I thought".. Save yourselves the frustration.

Faulty phones; started acting up not too long after warranty expired. Reached out and explained the situation with the full understanding that the warranties were expired but I didn't even get an apology 🤷🏿‍♀️.

Bought a phone here on the 25th of May. By the 15th of July the phone went blank and stopped working. We were told the phone has a 1 year warranty with Samsung and sent to the Samsung store. The Samsung store then sent us back to Cell City JA saying they would have to communicate with the Samsung Tech Services directly since they purchased it. Cell City JA's owner then proceeds to advise us that his store's 1 month warrantt is up so he has no obligation to communicate with Samsung Tech Services on our behalf. Worst phone buying experience ever. Worst customer service ever. 0/10 Do Not Recommend. 40grand down the drain just like that. This is why Jamaica ca'an better.
