The
staff
I
find
absolutely
helpful,
courteous
and
caring.
Most
of
the
hardware
items
are
very
reasonably
priced,
in
my
opinion,
with
an
EGREGIOUS
exception
in
the
cost
and
quality
of
the
bathroom
vanity/facebasin
combo
sets.
I'm
sorry,
but
it's
a
barefaced
attempt
by
someone
to
RIP
off
the
customer
right
here....
small
plain
rectangular
2-door
wooden
vanity
bath
cupboards
with
facebasin
of
$120
odd
thousand
plus
tax???.
These
putridly
simple
vanity
sets
are
worth
no
more
than,
at
most,
a
1/4
of
their
stated
cost!
If
you
want
to
see
larger,
more
intricately
designed
and
really
beautiful
bathroom
facebasin/vanity
sets
at
LESS
THAN
HALF
the
prices
of
Phil's
Constant
Spring
Rd,
simply
walk
(
or
drive)
down
the
road
the
short
distance
to
the
newly
opened
branch
of
Tools
Hardware
at
the
beginning
of
Red
Hills
Rd
(opposite
Sugar
and
Spice
Bakery,
on
the
property
that
used
to
be
QD
&
Ace
Hardware).
These
people
aren't
trying
to
gouge
out
the
customer's
pocket.
Their
far
superior
and
larger
vanity/
facebasin
combos
are
in
the
$50,000
range
or
thereabouts.
I
feel
the
same
way
about
Phil's
engraved
wood/glass
panel
doors....
at
$100
odd
thousand
dollars,
far
too
expensive!!
(These
are
also
much
cheaper
at
Tools
Red
Hills
Rd
I
believe)
Shame,
Shame
on
you
Phils...no
one
should
purchase
even
one
bathroom
vanity/facebasin
combo
set
or
engraved
wood/glass
panel
door
from
your
store!
Customers,
if
you're
buying
either
of
these
2
items,
run
away
from
Phil's
(like
you're
running
away
from
a
ravenous
wolf
intent
on
devouring
both
you
and
your
everything
in
your
pockets)
and
get
as
fast
as
you
can
to
Tool's.
(By
the
way,
I'm
not
an
employee,
owner
or
paid
associate
of
Tool's
Hardware.
I'm
simply
a
customer
who
went
to
both
stores
on
the
same
day
and
observed
the
scandalous
price
difference
between
the
2
stores
for
these
items)
