They are very reasonable, in terms of what they have.

For a small hardware, they seem to have nearly everything I ask for. Customer Service quality tun up. Called a few hardware stores before visiting recently and they were one of two that answered the phone. The major thing I really appreciate though is that they are very helpful and gives advice based on your purpose. There is one worker there that will invariably ask the purpose when certain things are requested. I have noticed that at times they can be so helpful that persons waiting get restless, but one person may start juggling more than one customers or you might see another person appear to assist. The service from most of the workers I have interacted with makes me not mind waiting.... too much :)

Kong Hardware the best hardware store in Jamaica. They have most everything you would need and the customers service is beyond superb! You will not find a better hardware store in Jamaica or this level of customer service anywhere on the island.
