Most affordable hardware I know at the moment. Best price on all pipes and plumbing fixtures, and a whole lot more. They also have a good selection of everyday hardware and household items.

Been to Joong many times and never went into the hardware and home centre. It's nicely stocked, attractive tiles, ART work home decorative items, paint, extension cords rugs, pot and pans. It nice, prices on some items are a bit high and some stuff quality not so high but worth to check out

Reasonable prices, helpful staff, good parking. I wish they had air conditioning but I guess this would affect the pricing upwards. Update: They have new stock which is quite nice. Many new styles of rugs and some great new flowerpots, tools, synthetic grass, outdoor furniture and other items for the garden. Prices are reasonable.

MY supermarket!!! The staff are friendly. the combination of supermarket, pharmacy and home centre is a superb idea. They have most if not all that is needed groceries, pharmaceutical, home and garden. My favourite point is the pharmacy that is well stock with craft and gift items that one can go and grab if in a bind. BIG UP team Joong!

I enjoyed wondering around this establishment selling a wide variety of home wares (too much to list) and building/renovation materials. I came across some shelves I had not seen elsewhere - a successful purchase. The staff were very friendly and helpful They were able to respond to my queries. Some items and parts of the store was a little dusty, could be better presented but I will go back at a later date to see what catches my eye.

Alot of changes in item placements, overall staff and service seems ok, though variety and options appear reduced.

They have lots of things for home decor!

Very very very poor. I purchase some material from 10am for delivery and still have not received same. I wonder what excuse are they gonna give.

Was very upset, bought some pvc tee, saw one price and when I went to the cashier its different price. Suppose I didn't have more money. They need to change the prices as soon as the items are increased.

Better organization of the layout is recommended. The hardware section: the service was good.

Carries a wide variety of products, however some parts of the store is disorganized and messy. Not my first choice when shopping for homeware and hardware.

This is a good hardware to shop for your building and plumbing supplies. They seem to carry a bit of almost everything, and their prices are not bad. I find myself heading to Joong first, even before going to others that are closer to my home.

It has great variety and no need to worry about customer service and if go there and get hungry while shopping there is a supermarket/wholesale on the same complex 😀.

My experience at Joong Home Center was great, customer service was fantastic .

They have in stock better quality goods in home decorations now. Store is spacious, more staff available to help. Rhino Water tanks and Island Planters are in stock. Carpets, plastic plants, chairs, lamps, kitchen wares.

At first the attendants were not easily identifiable to me but when I did identify who they were, they were very pleasant and helpful. The store will need more attendants when they have completed setting up the store because their prices seem reasonable so more shoppers will come.

Customer service was poor. I was in the store for over half an hour and couldn't get anyone to assist me. There was absolutely no one there to assist with anything.

The layout of the store is improving along with the offerings as well. Still could do with some more improvements.
