    The cashiers were great and very good customer service. The men who processed your order in the back are hardworking men and their hardwork and good customer service should be recognized. Thanks to everyone at the store for the wonderful customer service and making the process easy.

    Speaking from experience. Extremely poor customer service. If you want to have peace of mind when buying materials to build your home in Jamaica, George Kirby hardware store ( May Pen Branch) is not the place to go.

    There customer service was a slim dark color young man very helpful. Prices are the cheapest, they are really customer oriented.

    Spoke with a representative on the phone, first he said he couldn't give me any price om my 4 products only two then he put me on hold for 14mins because I ask someone to call and ask. Now this is stupid I'm in chapelton I can't take taxi come may pen to find out price then go back home to put money to get these items. This aspects of the service needs to be reviewed.
