Friendly and welcoming staff. Good customer service, staff are patient helpful and accommodating. Products are laid out well so you can see. Shop Is very clean and organised....yes they do deliver...

C S R are very courteous and attentive and will go the extra mile to make sure that what you are looking for. Mask, sanitize and social distancing have to obey Counter is sanitize after each customer is served.

Trust and believe this is my one stop hardware for all my shopping needs, the owner Michelle is awesome, she always take care of any issues and never forget to throw in my much needed discounts..lol

2 days, 2 horrible experiences. Day 1 Very disappointed, slow and poor customer service. Took over half an hour to do a refund, manager response was very unprofessional when I express how long I've been waiting to have have refund. Day 2, Make a purchase, pay for the item, only to be told 10 minutes later, they have to do a refund.

Most of the tiles on display waz out of stock. Very disorganized ! Park Avenue St . Anns Bay. Waited for appeoximately 2 hrs just to collect 4 tiles

Great customer service. Even though they have a variety of tiles, they were limited on stocks.

Store is layed out nicely and has good ambience. The prices are also reasonable. The in store staff however, need extensive training in customer relations. I found them very abrupt, discourteous and unfriendly. It shouldnt be taken for granted that everone who walks into the store is there potentially to spend their money. Be more welcoming, pay attention to customers and direct clients clearly.

Went looking for tiles. No one assisted, but i didn't found what i wanted

If I could put negative stars I would. I went to buy alot of material cash and wanted to negotiate a the Sales rep name Ann-Marie (St. Ann Bay) insisted that there wasn't any Supervisor or Manager for me to talk with. She charged me for 3 delivery when it could be done using only 2. I bought extra of one material and wanted to return them for another and of course Ann-Marie insisted that a Supervisor need to approve the return and as usual...none was there. I asked a lady who was sitting at a desk a question and Ann-Marie took the receipt and throw it back at me. The worst salesperson I've had to deal with in a long long time she should not be dealing with the public...never go back in that place if my life depends on it

Not impressed with customer service from cashier. Attempted to pay for an item with debit card. Card was shoved back at me with comments " it failed".

Not a good first experience they were very slow I had to wait for half an hour for an item I had to go back for the next day
