Loving the new location, service was fast and efficient.

DIB hardware offer the best shopping opportunity in Port Antonio their building is clean merchandise of good Quality wit everything and more you expect in a hardware store. There is however a major problem with how credit card customers are treated. On my recent visit I was denied $2000.00 in discount because I used my credit card, I was told I could not get the 20% discount as advertised because I used my Visa card. While I like the store I find DIB hardware credit card practice "Discriminatory", accepting credit card is a business of value to a business not giving a credit card customer a 20% discount is poor business.

Love this place reasonably priced on some items. Front desk staff are generally Friendly and helpful. Delivery is fast drivers are friendly delivery fee can be cheaper but based on the speedyness of delivery I won't complain. I recommend this store for your housing materials

This is a clean and modern store with an easy to access large product selection. On site parking with wheelchair friendly access is also available. The staff are friendly and helpful although at times you may have to wait likle time for them to come.

Absolutely love the look, u guys have everything. Place is amazing. U top the charts for me. DIB for life. Still five star despite the relatively high price. Customer service is very nice. Management should ensure this maintained. I did wait over time in a short line once though but whatever.

I have been to this store many of times......discovered it by accident, because I used to shop at the hardware store across the street. Anyway, I have since been going nowhere else for my hardware supplies. I am from the US but have property here in Port Antonio, and this place reminds so much of Home Depot or Lowes. I like the ability to walk the aisles and select what I need instead of standing at a window and having people bring you what they think you need. There are always many people to assist you with what you're looking for and there is almost nothing that they do not have. The air conditioned store and courteous staff makes it a pleasure to shop there. There are several hardware stores in the area but only one home improvement store for me. DIB Hardware.

The staff are friendly and patient. The products bought were of good quality and reasonably priced. They have a big black Friday sale on for two days which I will not be able to attend. However it is always a pleasure shopping there. Thank you

It is clean, huge and have everything you can think of for your home. Completely blown away, breathtakingly beautiful, items well stocked and prices are clearly displayed, not to mention reasonable.
