    Prices not bad. Clerks at the counter have attitude if you ask too many questions. Guys at the back are helpful.

    Went to purchase a cutting disc, a sample was brought o compare thickness, when I asked the clerk to allow me to do same comparison I was told I would have to sanitize first and mind you another clerk was around the counter without a mask...alright Highway Electrical since the customer wasn't allowed to touch the item before sanitization, why wasn't your staff professional or cordial enough to take the sample and do the comparison since she is employing flagman syndrome tactics? Additionally if you are so concerned about sanitization, does it mean that customers should ask your staff to sanitize their hands before issuing whatever item is being given to them? The point is not even sanitization, it is the fact that she allowed a customer to walk out without a solution.... A possible solution; we cannot allow you to touch the item without being sanitized first, so please allow me to compare the items...

    They need better customer service. Service is too slow and with an attitude most of the time. I would like support my local business but it’s hard to waste time hanging out at the hardware store. Also, calling them is even worst.

    The cashier today (dont know if she is the resident one) was uninterested in anything other than her phone...when I stepped into the establishment the ladies at the window (dont know their names) were busy with trying to provide service but she had a hand under her blouse exposing her stomach and her eyes were fastened to her phone screen...she seemed all too nonchalant about the presence of customers...even at one point questioning a persons choice of purchase...the only reason I'd go back to the establishment is because of ease of location and my distaste for ocho Rios...customer service training needed
