Family n I decided to go to the beach But we couldn't find anywhere that isn't too far away n also clean. So we made use of what we got. 2 star missing because there is little to no sand n no where near by for FOOD. We made use of the space out of the water to play n exercise lol

Really didn't go to Gunboat beach was just on the jogging trail out on the Palisadoes road taking pictures. Great place to just sit watch the ships, the ocean, the sunset or go jogging

Excellent place to grab an early morning jog, some warm sunshine and cold coconut water. I love it.

This beach has so much potential! While there you can just imagine what it was like in its heyday and makes you wonder why it is as it is now. Sections of the beach are clean and seem ok for swimming but other parts are so full of garbage, especially plastic bottles, that it will make your heart weep. There is a "boat" on the beach made of concrete that appears to have been a pool. Unfortunately, that too is out of service and run down.

The water was nice and warm. The place needs to be fixed up but apart from that the water was great.

Too bad it's no longer set up for swimming

Beach needs regular cleaning
