Dr. Pierre Holmes, Nurse Edwards & the rest of the FOSA team in Kingston has superseded the meaning of great customer service. They are kind, caring, thorough & leave no stone unturned. My surgery went well & the team is excellent with communication & was super accomodating with my schedule & recovery process. I am in awe & pleasantly surprised...Jamaica needs more of this service & professionalism!!!!!

Very professional and private. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Had extractions done there by Dr. Holmes under sedation and it was a breeze. Was nervous at first but I was reassured and woke up comfortably. Would definitely recommend👍 .

When I say you get what you pay for, I mean it! I was sent here to remove my impacted wisdom tooth (emergency surgery as the previous dentist was having difficulty removing the stubborn tooth). Pros: They have world class equipments that moved the prep for surgery along nicely and the actual surgery took no time at all after the sedation took effective. Also all the staff members there are really nice and always smiling. Nice, spacious and air conditioned waiting room with free Wi-Fi. Cons: Prices if you don't have insurance then this is not the most frugal option Waiting time to get into surgery was ridiculous. I had a 9 am appointment and didn't get into surgery till after 12 noon (so they need to improve on that but to be honest I'm yet to go to a doctor's office and not wait a very long time) Aftercare: You get a reusable bag with 1 free Ensure, aftercare instructions and a ice pack plus the Oral Surgeon calls you to check up on you So would I recommend this place YES! 9/10

They are a bunches of scams over changing people intravenous sedation almost $80,000 , remove impact teeth $110,000 what's going in the dental industry, pluse $27,ooo . Shame on these scammers surgeons robbing people to get rich. It's just expensive why they changing so much it's totally scamming away people 💰. Make a appointment to see a specific doctor , the gal at the front desk write me up to see a next doctor not happywith what she did, I got a referral to see that doctor, don't business what they write or who they refer u to, they're use just for Chatting and walking around looking what the doctor doing in the office, the door wide open they come listening like u talking to them .

I visited today for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. I was nervous and in pain not knowing what to expect and the FOSA team turned it right around. They were thoughtful, professional and made me super comfortable. I was cold and offered a blanket, I received information about my procedure and what to expect and my hygienist laughed at my jokes😅. I can truly say that I would recommend FOSA to anyone at all. Truly remarkable.

The service was amazing!!! I was truly impressed with Dr. Doonquah and the team. They extracted 5 of my teenage daughter's teeth (4 wisdom) and the process was seamless.

Dr. Doonquah, of FOSA, recently operated on someone very near and dear me. I found the entire experience not only professional but outstanding from the initial consultation through the surgery and postoperative period. His staff consistently checked on the status of my relative and he recovered quite nicely. The facility was clean, comfortable and user friendly from my first phone call, to front desk staff, operating theatre nurses and ancillary staff. I highly recommend anyone considering maxillo-facial surgery, they are sure to check FOSA first!

I've been visiting FOSA in Montego bay for the past month did my Sergey a week ago.. service was excellent, processor went well, a bit pricey but a really good experience

The ambiance of the place is really lovely. However when I went there I was told qt the front desk that there's different versions of the scan that I wanted to do and I wasn't sure which 1 my dentist wanted. Also, I was unable to get her on the phone. So I was trying to figure out what I should do. The ladys at the front desk and also the nurse seemed so annoyed in helping me. They showed no empathy at all.

I checked in to see Dr Barnette at 1:10pm but my appointment was for 2:45pm. Of course I asked if it's possible to be seen before my time since I am early and was told no. To my surprise that was done to me when I was to go in, they'd taken in another patient instead. What a double standard! Dr Barnette was courteous and explained his prognosis of the situation we went in for. The ambiance was wonderful, with clean facilities to use.

Removed an impacted Wisdom Tooth at an elderly age by Dr. Doomquah. Went into the office at 9:45, I was placed in a chair, prepped, and knew nothing till I was loaded in my wife's car. Drove home semi-awake went to bed slept till 2:30. Suffered minor soreness, but no pain on the medication prescribed. Took my last painkiller that night at 10:00 and slept through the night. This morning, no painkiller, no pain. Cannot recommend more highly.

The staff was pleasant and professional. Efficient process and unusually short waiting time for a medical facility.

The doctors are very professional and are willing to listen to your complaint and do the necessary assessments. For the most part, administrative staff are up to par as well. The environment is very clean and organized. I feel comfortable when I visit the Hope Road office.
