Its a massive place with items ranging from produce to home goods. They offer wholesale pricing on some items if you need things in bulk. Each ailse is organized well and the flow of the store is set up well. They have enough cashiers to prevent long lines. We always drop in to stock up on things to bring back home

One stop shop to get all your needs from gadgets, groceries, pastries, pharmaceuticals and appliances to food from the food court. Parking available and there’s bathroom facilities for the customers. Really efficient and it’s spacious enough and you can still keep you distance. Sanitation is don’t upon entrance as well and mask is needed.

Big supermarket. Groceries, bakery, housing, babies, animals, gardening and more stuff are for sell. I think the price is similar to other establishment, don’t think is cheaper like others have said. The good thing is that is the only store open 24/7

Modern, clean, friendly service, fabulous selection of fresh foods plus staples. I think here expensive compared to other super market, this is my experience not sure for all. Parking facilities also very reasonable without wasting time because this is centrally located in Kingston. There is a small pharmacy, ATM, Western Union inside this MegaMart building. Bad thing is they don’t have proper online selling systems, I don’t see at least MegaMart website in Google. Also I noticed that some price tags are not updated or price tags are not available for few products. I can’t understand why security people are checking the bill when we exit there.

Medium end supermarket with an in store delivery and bakery section. A wide variety of items including IS and local brands, a good selection of housewares, toys as well as typical supermarket items. There is a large back to school item selection and the aisles are wide and clean. The supermarket also has to the front cell phone services as well.

They carry a wide variety of products, from grocery to haberdashery, good for convenient one stop shopping. They are mostly famous for their bakery. Pastries are freshly baked everyday. Prices on items tend to be higher that elsewhere tho. They also carry a wide variety or wines and liquor, you can find almost anything there

Good selections and there is often a variety of choices from budget brands to top of class. Large parking lots and staff is usually efficient. Inside also offers banking, western union, a pharmacy and an ice cream shop.

Adequate parking and wide range of products. Staff knows the layout of the store so if you can't find a product, just ask. There are 4 ATM machines (2 NCB, Scotiabank and JN Bank). Western Union, food court, pharmacy, Devon House icecream, Digicel and phone accessories kiosks are all in store.

Finding everything in a 1 stop shop is always great for me. However, my biggest problem with Megamart is pricing. The price you see on the shelf is never the same when you receive your receipt. Sometimes, the shelves have no price either.

Pricy! They're bound to have what you need especially with the pharmacy and deli sections. The deli area has lunches, salads, soups sandwiches at a great value. The bakery also produces good items. Not your everyday regular shopping though, too expensive.

Extremely wide variety of food items, alcohol, and household items. It also has a pharmacy, restaurant, Devon House outlet, and a Digicel store. It’s pricier than most supermarkets around town though and better bargains can be found at General Foods and Lee’s.

MegaMart's products are pretty overpriced but they're smart business owners as they open on Sundays and much later than many other supermarkets in the nearby vicinity. They also have a wide variety of items- food, baked goods, alcoholic beverages, stationery, household items, pharmaceuticals, school items etc and also have an ABM, a food court with good food and a remittance agency in-store. Great location, lots of parking and a spacious store. Hence, prettyyy convenient. You can't beat that!

Shopped today. Cashier #4 was horrible. Poor customer service. Staff doesnt even acknowledge you when cashing. Supervisors are no better . .. .Will not be returning. The only positive thing is the bakery section. Cakes are really good.

My experience was horrible. #1 I ordered a birthday cake and I was told one price which they said was inclusive of tax. When I went to pick it up I was told another price plus tax . I ended up paying 30% more on for the cake. #2 In all my years of buying birthday cake it was the worst cake I've ever had. I tasted as it was on the fridge for a long time. The cake was 25% icening. #4 When I called to place to order the gentleman I spoke to had nothing call customer service. His attitude is not even fit to work on a garbage truck. To top off I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

Good and bad experiences, employees treat you based on how you look. I went there in my regular home outfit needed to get sone supplies ASAP and I asked somebody to point me to a certain item their attitue was " miss mi nuh knw" I said okayyyy. Another time went there after work in my uniform and employees smile at you and were very willing...makes you wonder sometimes...

The pharmacy staff gives superb service with a high level of thoughtfulness. Professionalism and excellent customer service are defining attributed at this business establishment. In fact I needed an item that the manufactures had taken off the market temporarily. It was the very caring pharmacist who made several calls and directed me to a business tucked away in an unfamiliar part of Spanish Town. With a little bit of misgiving, which was misplaced, I found myself in the presence of very helpful persons and I was able to get the item that was in so short supply. There is kindness in the world.

Pro: They have a very wide selection of casual alcoholic drinks, while other major supermarkets seem to be focusing on a few (except the wines) Con: Prices were ten percent higher in the drinks section than other major supermarkets.

Items are usually pricier than other grocery shops in Jamaica. But they are open late, which can be helpful to people. And they do have more variety than other stores.

Definitely a go-to for hard to get grocery items. Megamart stocks a wide range of items including food items, household items, stationery, appliances, hardware, and gift items. The convenience of having a pharmacy and deli certainly adds value to this one stop shop.

Purchasing fresh produce is an unnecessary chore. The weighing process needs to be more efficient or have some reminder signs up. Joining such a long cashier line only to be told certain items needed pricing makes the experience unpleasant.

It's a swell place to shop for all that you will need. As far as I saw there, #1 for me was customer service. Employees knows what they are doing, also knows why they are working there. The atmosphere is breathable, clean and presentable, and I will visit again whenever possible.😃

Awesome place to do a one stop shopping. Whether groceries, housewares, party, back to school, baking etc. The prices are competitive. Some things are cheap and some are pricey but the quality is good.

It was a quick trip. This might not be a MegaMart issue but a local supply shortage but I couldn't find the water brand I wanted and a lot of the water shelves were empty. The cashier and packing attendant were friendly and moved quickly.

Too expensive! Poor customer service! Cashiers are rude and do not check IDs (even when asked) when using credit cards…that’s a big problem given credit card frauds!!! Long lines with cashiers sitting down taking their time! Cakes not as good as Price Mart, would rather deal with the traffic and go to Price Mart! Mega Mart more expensive than most retail stores. Very disappointed in this store and what it represents!!!

Amazing variety, staff is always knowledgeable about products and store locations of same. Baked goods section is always a pleasure. They make a Red Velvet Cheesecake that is out of this world. Check them out.

Very spacious, clean shopping experience. The shopping flow could be greatly improved as well as the check out speed and the provision of disposable shopping bags. Self check out for persons with RFID cards could be introduced.

There wasn’t much staff around to assist with finding items, even though there were category labels hanging above, I think the signs are a bit out of sight once your in an isle. The prices were higher than most supermarkets in the surrounding areas. The store was clean, looks organized enough and has a good atmosphere.

MegaMart is MEGA 🤣 huge superstore. Extremely mega Supermarket with everything you need to stock up for Christmas gathering this festive season. So many varieties of each item. Fully stocked Christmas liquors. Beautiful giant Christmas tree greets you when you enter store. Masks 😷 are mandatory, temperature check before you enter. Beautiful, clean, organized store with friendly sales associates.

One of the best super store/supermarkets that offer a wide variety of items for your household and personal need. Staff members are helpful, the bakery is great as well as the other in stores within the supermarket. Definitely got what I needed and more.

I shop here bi weekly. Prices are fair although can sometimes be high depending on the product. Variety is good though

The environment is great for shopping and at the time there were several cashier station opened which made checking out easier than usual, but the prices are a little higher than the supermarket. Fairly friendly staff and yes, their covid protocol is in effect...like most places. Would be great if they had days when prices are discounted. Last but not least...there is a food court and the food is reasonably good, the staff their though, need to be a tad bit more attentive

Very wide selection of groceries and household items my in and out was at fairly good pace and I was able to get comfortable parking space up on arrival. The security officer was very polite, respectful and helpful. Prices were OK.

Great store. Good selection. Horrible UX and CX. To be followed around and interrupted by particular members of staff, simply because we were buying things, was reminiscent of thr racial profiling in I frequently experience in a western store. As a first time visitor to the store, this was extremely disappointing. Adding insult to injury, we were suddenly required to produce ID in order to use my credit card while a manager stalked the checkout. We went to treat my parents to a shopping spree, and we spent, but they will be hard pressed to find me spending any sum of money in their store again. We were made to feel ashamed/ like criminals because we could afford to buy our goods without cash. Terrible customer service and terrible policies, enforced in a very unprofessional way. SMH! They're only getting the second star because of the stock in store.
