They have a variety of food items to choose from. The place is very cool and the traffic isn't so bad. As an added bonus they have an atm inside the store in case you need cash. They also have ample parking available but during rush hours THE PARKING PROVES INSUFFICIENT. The last time I went there were persons who would check on you and ask if you need any assistance in finding anything. All in all.... I'D RECOMMEND.

Superb service...had an emergency, and all cash out linesw wete long. They facilitated my urgency by opening a new cashier just to accommodate me. I felt special indeed. 🥰 Special kudos to Mrs Carrol Madixx2....Thank You so much. You truly understand the term "customer delight." 💯

Some prices a bit too expensive so if necessary, avoid shopping here on payday. But the store is nice and customer satisfaction is a most!

Parking is usually full. There are long lines at the cashiers. Most times there is a limited number of cashiers to cash. Security always following you like you want to take their goods, very uncomfortable feeling. Would not be my first choice. You have to pack your own grocery most times. Would not recommend this location. Place is not well lit and it's small and crowded.

Spacious shopping space, prices are reasonable and great customer service. Cashier are always pleasant.

Hi Lo tends to be pricey but they do offer some products cheaper under their own brand. I like the convenience of shopping there.

Though Hi Lo items tend to on the high side, the shopping experience is good due to availability of items, wide selection, courteous staff and their GK Rewards program is extensive.

Prices are reasonable, great ambiance, warm staff, Variety of goods, I highly recommend.

Not many supermarkets in City Kingston, Cross Roads , St. Andrew Jamaica deserves more offerings. But perhaps not seen as investment grade. Real Estate supply?

Hi-Lo supermarket is another of my go to stores... It all depends on what I'm buying.

Best supermarket to shop whenever I want to buy my groceries and with the GK card I earn cash backs on my purchases, very nice.

Hilo is a good supermarket. Prices are decent and the staff are friendly. You can just about find anything in Hilo. There is a cashier that is hearing impaired however so be kind 💗

Smooth shopping experience and I can use my International debit card to pay for purchases.

I went to Hi-Lo to buy 5Litre bottles of 876 Spring Water but they had none in stock. I checked with a customer service representative who got a trolley for me and also went into the store room to see if there might be any left. That was a very good demonstration of effective and proper customer service.

Security followed me around and stopped me for no reason; i did not do any sus activities but she claimed she does random checks. I believe i was targeted. She made me feel like a shoplifter and uncomfortable. Would not recommend shopping here👎

Ample parking (depending on the day you go). Helpful staff. Generally, the prices are good. The variety of things is also good. The place is clean and COVID protocols were being observed. I would recommend going there.
