Having bought few shoes and accessories and upon checking out at the register I was informed that there was no shopping bags to give to customers. The aghastly ordeal was compounded when I reached outside and everyone stared at us struggling with the boxes on the road ;(

Convenient store with great deals and a wide variety of items for females, males and kids. I appreciate the staff assisting as well as the security enforcing COVID 19 measures. Got what I needed and wanted.

This location has one of the widest selection of any payless store on the island. The customer service is almost always good; the staff is extremely friendly and rather helpful. The deals are really good and with the vast selection that this location boast, it is really hard to head home empty handed.

No sane person would decide to buy these mediocre items worth less than $500JMD from this slick government ploy! The shoes look like they have 8 year old children working in the factories on $50 an hour. I purchased a shoe and I am contemplating returning it on a bright and sunny Monday morning. Respectfully, please buy your shoes elsewhere folks.

Store does not have enough variety of male shoe. The quality for BOGO needs to be expanded for all stock. The store appears to be clean, but not always organized. Staff slightly helpful, laid back and seems cooperative.

Thanks for keeping the Covid19 protocols. It was really appreciated. We stood in line and waited for the store security to let us in. We had to wait so that the minimum number of people in the store was not breached. Excellent!!

Service is excellent. Like some of the shoes, Sandals and accessories. Shoes are too expensive for the quality. The flat shoes tend to be tough. As it relates to styles they've got that but generally the shoe are too tough and if you get a size up it's too big. They need to improve on quality to match the price

The experience is always great..if mi follow Payless them bruk mi😒but them bruk mi and leave me wid quality.. I bought a Payless heels and it lasted me for years I loved it..my dog took it away and I couldn't find it for 6 months..when I actually did. Rain come wet it, sun come dry it..lol..but guess what ..it still was in good condition..imma need 2 more of this specific shoe🥰🥰🥰

My experience there was quite fine even though i didn't get what I wanted, mainly because most of the stuffs run out quickly.

Hire people who actually want to work. The cross road staff is very lazy. I will not shop there again. Very unpleasant and unhelpful staff. This is why it is important to not prioritize cheap staffing. They need to seek alternative employment since they hate their job so much.

Nice shoes if you wear size 6 or 6/1/2 but not my size 10 now what you will get there for sure is black school shoes and sneakers
