I do not recommend, service was bare minimum. Showed up very early for appointment but still had to wait. Was quoted one price over the phone but charged another after the service was complete with no communication. They made unwelcoming comments to my friend as well overall very unprofessional.

Honestly, words cannot express how terrible an experience I had at Rejuvenation Day Spa & Salon. I'm so incensed by the thought that as i'm writing this, I have to be calming myself down. Not only did the barber botch my sons haircut, he refused to fix it or even offer an apology. Unbelievably impersonal front desk service, I left there feeling worse than how I felt going in. Listen, there is more, but I wont waste any more of my time. There is a special place in hell for businesses like this. Horrible. Colossal waste of time!

I've been a customer since they opened many years ago and I continue to enjoy their courteous and efficient service. They've also been extremely careful during these Covid times which I'm happy about as it allows me to stay well groomed.

I come here on a regular basis to do my hair. And im always treated with so much attention & care especially from my personal hairstylist Cherrie. She's the best !

Back story: Last week I went to a nail salon in Village Plaza to get a gel pedicure. It took a ridiculously long time as they seemed to be having issues with the UV light and the manager wasn’t exactly personable. Anyway, fast forward to the following morning and the gel polish literally came off in a clump on two of my toe nails. I was LIVID because I had events all weekend and this was just sooooo raggedy 😒 So that’s how the re-do and introduction to Rejuvenation Day Spa came about 🙌🏽🙌🏽 They are conveniently located in the Liguanea area (same plaza as VMBS, upstairs on the opposite angle of the gym). Despite being a walk-in, the staff were professional, courteous and accommodating. I explained that I only needed the gel removed and redone as I literally just had a pedicure (grant it a TERRIBLE one). My technician for the day was Sashe who’s very personable and talented 🤗💅🏾 I am very, very happy with the results and for good measure I waited 24 hours to write this review and my polish is still intact. If you’re in the Liguanea/Barbican/Soveriegn/Mona area and want QUALITY service, I highly recommend this establishment. Also, they are a one stop shop for all beauty and spa services. I will be returning for a well needed massage. Ooo and they’re reasonably priced. Thanks again!

The High point was the excellent service from my attending Hairdresser.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The low was, a cold greeting on entering & the undertones - eye movements, ignoring a colleague speaking and body language. Clients pick up when things are off. In my spirit I thought overall "Something not right with this energy"( this was my first visit to Rejuv). I will observe and see. I will go back a 2nd time because of my hairdresser.

Heard about them through a friend who got her eyebrows threaded and she loved the experience and they were very nicely done. But I got mine waxed instead because I'm not into threading and I'm really pleased with the results. The lady who tended to me was very sweet and nice and a little bit of a perfectionist so she takes her time to shape your eyebrows and makes them as even as possible. The price wasn't bad either, got my wax for $1000 JMD. Will definitely be going back.

Went for a haircut from Richard my barber. He always does an excellent job. Really proper establishment that offers a wide variety of spa and salon services for both Male and females.

The nail tech did a good job but wasn't very pleasant. I'm accustomed to getting a proper hand and arm massage when I get a mani but I hardly got a massage. For the price these people charge I would expect better.

Went there for eyebrow waxing and the waxer applied too much pressure causing a tear in my skin. I said nothing about it but she immediately realized. instead of accepting the fact that she may have messed up and moving on she went on to accuse me of skin hleaching and then refused to continue with the service. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes for this place. Like everybody messes up move on.Extremely poor customer service. Pride kills .
