Its a bit old fashioned but, the books are present. You should have no problem finding what you want.

Staff always has an attitude at this location. Not sure why! I remember once.. they made us stand outside in the hot sun while they wipe the floors and wait for it to dry! It was even opening hours!

Customer service is very good, and the area is very clean.

For a leading bookstore like this they have fallen off with their customer service, need to get staff that are customer friendly and not just persons who want money ,people that can add value to your business.

Certainly a convenient location for those who cannot make it downtown or to Half-way-tree.... but I felt claustrophobic given the confined space they occupy. There is also not a large array of books and stationery give the small square footage of the store.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. I went with my 2 year old daughter, so you know she was all over the place. The staff assisted me with her while I looked for the books. Multiple persons came to assist with that. I got all of what I needed! It was a great shopping experience! 💃💃💃💃

Sanitizing at the door, pleasant and helpful staff. Had almost everything on my mlm list. They lost a star because the building had leaks.
