I must say the staff was exceptional. The young lady sized me and let me know my proper size immediately. Unfortunately I'm rating 2 stars for the bras I purchased not the service. I purchased 2 bras on January 29, 2021 same brand but one in black and one in pink. They looked great and fit perfectly in store. After wearing them and following their instructions to close the bra from the back (not to close in front and spin around) the wires started to dig into my skin at the sides....they even started to push out showing the actual white wire. I cannot wear the bras for a day as they hurt so much. I'm very disappointed as I spent 223 CND for them. I don't think I will be purchasing from here in the future.

Very professional and courteous staff. They really are great. I was surprised at my bra size when I was measured. One of the sales person choose a bra for me that made me feel great. La Belle Femme is pricey however. Your bill can get up there real quick and though it's not the norm for me to spend so much money on undergarments (believe me it's pricey), I don't regret my purchases. The way how the underwear made me feel, it's a purchase I don't regret.

I will be honest... be prepared for the price but note that it is synonymous with the high quality bras and lingerie coupled with excellent customer service. Is it worth it....most definitely... these bras are an investment in you, and if you care them well they will last you long.

The customer service was great. Genel was so helpful in getting me the right fit at the best prices. When I got there I share with her that I'm super tired of black bras; with my size it seem that's all I ever get. She took the time out and gave me tons of options. Definitely shopping there again.

The staff here were super friendly. They alone could guarantee my return business. They were sweet and friendly. Janelle and the woman who handles payment (sorry I didnt get her name). Of course the undergarments are great quality and hold me so well. I like them. Next time I am back on that side I will return.

Awesome customer service from Chantal and Genel. The manager on the other hand has extremely very poor customer service, which I have experienced on more than one occasion upon visiting the store. Products are good and I'm 100% sure you will get the Perfect fitting. You girls are awesome and very good with sales.

They have the best service any where. They carry lovely merchandise too.

Genel was amazing she answered all my questions and she was great at making a selection of bras. Her selection fit great. Need sexy bras just ask for Genel she have the hook up

I know this store is a feminine store, I was just there accompanying my wife and from what I have seen they are the professional bra people, so go there and get your well made bra etc. It's not cheap though.

Customer service is amazing! Def recommend. It's a bit pricy but that's for the quality of the service.

Amazing experience. The very best service. They make the experience so personal and memorable and ofcourse the bras are good. Without even saying a word they asked if it was for a special occasion and applied a discount. The store is really cozy and inviting. All in all one of the best customer experiences I've ever had and the most stress free bea shopping experience ever. If you are top heavy and have issues finding a good strapless bra this is the place to go

Cute and well organised store. Private and comfortable, clean room for bra fittings. Staff was nice and friendly!! Quick in and out service. Good quality bras, perfect fittings. Felt like I did a breast lift since I've been wearing their bras. Just amazing!!!!!
