This is the worst place to buy a phone can you believe that just yesterday i bought an A20s from this store and i recieved a one year warrantee when i went home the speaker wasnt working and when i returned it the following day the manager had the audacity to say he is doing me a favour by replacing the phone. I had put a screen protector on it as well which they refused to reimburse me for. What exactly was the point of a 1 year warranty that you can't use? I do not recommend this place. Zero stars. The customer service was horrible. Any good review on here for this place is probably the same workers who work in there doing it or their friends recommending this place.

The go to place for everything Samsung. The layout of the store is very presentable and the staff very helpful. Prices are very competitive when I compare them to the prices overseas and apply the exchange rate. As one of the stores in Tropical Plaza, parking at the location is very good.

I suspect it’s quite good if you want a phone, but if you want a tablet they only have a WiFi and WiFi+3G version of a single 7” model that is 2 years old. Nothing else, and they are unable to order anything in for you. As a Samsung ‘experience’, I was distinctly underwhelmed....

Excellent customer service, courteous staff who are fully knowledgeable about their range of products and services. I especially liked the fact that the store was up to date with the latest handsets and devices for those in demand of gadgets for business as well as fun. A great overall experience with value for money.

To me Samsung sells refurbished phones! There phones are 0% durable. I didn't even have my phone for 3 mth and it started to overheat but I had "warranty ". Samsung has my phone for repair longer than I've owned it. I'm tired to call for updates. Samsung has disappointed me in every aspect and I have been such a loyal customer. The reason for writing this review is that person's need to boycott this brand because they are so expensive but unreliable. I am overly fustrated and annoyed. My fellow Jamaican don't be lured into buying these second hand phones from this store. I've definitely had enough. I'm done done done with Samsung FOREVER!!!!

This is the absolute worst place to get a phone, the lady who works there behind the counter, her attitude stinks. Additionally i bought a phone there and in spite of the 1 year warrantee they refused to give me a refund or a change on said device. I do not recommend this place at all. I usually dont write reviews but i hope this helps some unsuspecting victim from being preyed upon like i was. The 1 year warrantee is a hoax. If i could give zero stars i would. This place does not deserve 1 star.

If I could I write a review without leaving a star I would. I bought a charger for my son’s tablet, I spent $5200 for the charger and within a week, it stopped working. Called to find out if anything could’ve been done about it, was told that they recommended using a serge protector because Jps usually burns them out. Was I told that when purchasing?? Absolutely not!! Apparently I should’ve used an imaginary outlet that wouldn’t have burnt it out. Very very poor, biggest rip off.
