Why do you guys have a website if customers are unable to view the products?

Why is Singer quoting prices in US dollars? Am I now residing in the US & just didn't know? kmt

who owns singer?? are they in the business for the profit or what?? do they care which way their business go!! cause poooor customer service check cross roads/ down town branch omg you do have great pricing and excellent deals but consumers will never know because of the pooor customer service offered at your stores very sad thanks to mrs Clark very nice person but she alone can't do it

WORST STORE EVER. WILL NEVER SHOP AT SINGER AGAIN OR EVEN LOOK THROUGH THEIR GLASS IN THEIR STORE. MY DRESSER IS ONLY ON TWO FOOT. THE WALL IS WHAT HOLDING IT UP

LOST this customer. I've had my eye on a reclining sofa in the Ocho Rio's branch for a couple months now but the price was beyond my budget. I finally decided to check out my options for a payment plan. When I walked in the store near to closing time I guess....an employee just stared at me with a look of disgust, I said hello and she nodded ...she did not get up from her seat. I proceeded upstairs and after a few mins of not seeing any sales person, I asked the cashier if she could get someone to assist me which she acknowledged. I waited over ten minutes, nobody. When I looked at the cashier she was glaring at her smartphone smiling in her own world. She couldn't care less. I walked over to her to let her know that no one came and she annoyingly responded saying "She seh she soon come" and her eyes went back to her phone. After another 15mins when I decided to leave the store a young lady made 2 attempts to come upstairs, seems she was the only one working and answering to several people. At the point she eventually got to me. I had lost all interest in the recliner. I walked out of the store , went to Kingston a few days later and not only did I get a nice recliner , the price was sooooo much better at Khemlani Mart. I guess I won't be setting foot in Singer Ocho Rio's ever again. ZERO Customer service.👎

Why singer have US pricing, when I live in Jamaica. So once the US $ increase your price increases too. But if the US falls below margin you change right back to JA $. SMH

Awful experience. Bought a Frigidaire fridge that stopped working in less than a year. These people refused to honor the 1 year warranty on the grounds that it was delivered to a commercial address. Still reliving the nightmare!

The singer Downtown is the best I've been to in all my trips to singers in Jamaica from the moment I arrived it was customer friendly from the security right up to the management Got my remote sorted to which I've been visiting other singers back and forth for months and they been giving me the run around Big up Kingstreet singer keep up the great work
