Worst place to go ,a bride should have a beautiful experience and when that cannot be given for your money it's the wise thing to not go or do business there,no bride should ever go to Helen g bridal horrible horrible.

THIS IS THE WORST BRIDAL PLACE TO GO WITH THE OWNER IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR CASH AND WHEN ITS TIME TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT IT TAKES FOREVER,MINE IS OVER A MONTH AND COUNTING I AM CURRENTLY TAKING LEGAL MEASURES AS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER ,WHEN I WENT THERE TO GET A GOWN I TOLD THEM I WASNT SURE AS YET SO ID SO A REFIT AT THE NEXT VISIT AND I WAS CHARGED OVER TEN THOUSNAD MORE TO DO A REFIT ,IT WAS HORRIBLE ,VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ,ONLY ONE STAR FOR THE PROFESSIONAL THAT WORKS FOR HER ,HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WOMAN ,IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH IVE BEEN CALLING TEXTING SHE SAID SHE MADE THE DEPOSIT TO MY ACC AND IT HAS NOT REFLECTED ON MY ACC ,ALL EXCUSES AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE ,I WOULDNT WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO GO HERE !!!!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Helen G Bridal. She and her staff were amazing in ensuring that I got the most perfect dress for my big day, which I did. ☺ She was very professional from the various email reminders of our follow up appointments to dress fitting and pickup and was accommodating with my requests and various questions. Thanks again to Helen and her team for making me shine on my special day. Loved my dress!!! 😍

We have had our wedding over two month ago.she has owes us money prior to our wedding and we have still not been fully refund the money we are owe and our security deposit. She has given every reason in the book as to why we have not receive our money. She has ignored our email, calls, etc. She has only responded to is when we reach out via social media comments and even then will are still waiting for our money. It has reach to the point we are looking into seeking legal action. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it came to dealing with this woman. She will sell you a dream and not deliver. She will run you down for your money and tell you if you pay this early you will get a discount and it’s all a lie. She will tell you one price and then inflate the price by creating some reason, thus why we over paid her and now is struggling to get our money including security deposit. This is not a business or individual I will recommend to do your wedding with. She takes no accountability for her action, she will ignore your calls/emails but will be sure to run you down for your money. Will give a more detail review of our experience.

My bridal experience was not what I expected given the other reviews. The dresses are lovely, modern and well kept, but customer service was horrible. As the last appointment for the day, I felt rushed as the store attendant showed me 2 dresses and refused to show me other items in other sizes despite more time being left on my appointment. Hopefully more attention can be paid to creating a pleasing experience for all

I am extremely disappointed in Helen G Bridal Service. Absolutely no customer service.

Our wedding was over a months ago, yet we are still waiting on a refund that was due before our big day. Despite our countless efforts to contact her via email and calls, she has offered nothing but excuses for the delay in repayment, largely ignoring our communications. The only time she has responded is when we’ve reached out through public social media comments, and even then, we’re still left waiting for our refund. It has escalated to such an extent that we are considering legal action. Regrettably, this is only a glimpse of the difficulties we encountered when dealing with her. She presents a dreamy picture that she ultimately fails to deliver. She relentlessly pursues payments, enticing you with discounts for early payments - a claim we found to be untrue. The initial agreed price would mysteriously inflate, leading us to overpay her, and now we struggle to recover our overpayment. I strongly discourage anyone from entrusting their wedding planning to this business or individual. There’s a striking lack of accountability for her actions - while she’s quick to chase payments, she shows little regard for client communication otherwise. From one professional to the next, in my humblest opinion, I feel there is much growth needed. As witness, I feel as though the clients needs are not put first and customer satisfaction was not attended to. I am not one to bring down another business and I will not but for great improvement you must first know to take constructive criticism. A revamp is well needed for business to be fruitful in the future.

My family & I had the best experience with Helen and her beautiful place of business. Hands down the best bridal shop!!!!! Dresses were beautiful, brand new, stylish & trendy. We didn’t know which of the bomb dresses to choose from because they were all that great. We were treated with the utmost respect, she was friendly , had great knowledge of everything, and quite understanding. She’s just overall professional and because of that I would recommend her services to everyone. Quality was on par which seems to be rare these days

Customer service is excellent. She stuck to time and was very accommodative. Sanitization and mask required for appointment in 2020 and only two persons plus the bride for fitting. First fitting is also free.

So I got married in December 2020 and of course I had to get my dress from Helen! I looked and felt like a princess which is the vision I had since I was little girl. Took me a while to find a dress but Helen was with me every step of the way, always saying that she will find the perfect dress for me. And she did! Seriously, don't even waste time anywhere else.
